Friendly knowledgeable staff. They were on point and knew exactly where to find the items I needed. For a small town hardware operation I expected far less inventory, but this place has what you need for just about any project. Friendly and helpful staff. I used to work at the True Value store and I know for a fact you have to know every item in the store and location.
