The AppleShed is an absolute gem and super cool place in Cedaredge, larger than it seems. It is not your standard Western Slope vibe; it's super "alt" and a decorator's heaven. The business features a massive winery with very good wine and awesome cider. It also serves coffee and interesting breakfast and lunch. The venue is mostly a gallery with stellar art and gifts, including boo-tiki cowgirl, cowboy and hippy art stalls, jewelry, and a florist. Displays are arranged amazingly amongst the variety of products. It is highly recommended for a stroll to see what you didn't know you couldn't live without.
Good food! Friendly service but only one girl working behind the counter trying to make drinks and food and ring people up :/ There need to be two people on staff.
