This place has gone so far downhill in the past few years. The cafe is no longer open and my favorite part about stopping when coming back from a trip on the Mesa is gone. You can no longer get ice cream here.

A shadow of it's former self. Pool is filled. Ice cream & deli closed. Why bother?

Semi residential RV park but owner was friendly and they have propane for sale to campers from up on the Grand Mesa.

Just stopped by for a propane fill. Not a guest there but they were very friendly and even let me fill a water jug. I was a boondocker from up on Grand Mesa so I did not stay there but if I needed an RV park and hookups I would I future.

This used to be a great ice cream place but they are always closed. Long way to travel to look at a closed sign!

Customer service was okay The woman I spoke to tried her best to explain that they have an issue with the combination of 1. Sleeping in your car in a camping spot with even if theres a tent and 2. Not knowing how long you'd be staying like that. Some people need a place to stay for a few days to a few weeks. You're a campground. Enough with the velvet rope exclusivity. My money I just as good as the rich people on vacation.

Embracing a nature of Cedaredge/Grand Mesa CO. this is more like a campground than a commercial RV Resort. The owners are awesome and we enjoyed watching the deer every morning while sipping our coffee. On site amenities include full hookups, sewer, water. Propane is available for purchase and also a Homeatyle Cafe.
