I had an oil change and tire rotation around Feb 27. I was also told I needed a new cabin filter, but the shop couldn't get one that day, so I went to AutoZone and bought one. Replacing this filter involves popping the hood, removing the shroud, and switching the filter. I previously bought such a filter at AutoZone, where a kind employee changed it for me, took about 10 minutes while I watched. Spot Automotive quoted me today $120 for the favor. Time to find a new mechanic!

Improperly installed injectors on my truck, told me they were ford injectors, they are not. My truck died one year after their work, I even took it back and they couldn't figure out why it died. I didn't have the money for repairs so the truck sat. Now I have a mechanic who found the problem, when I called spot they pretty much said sorry out of warranty.I would add a pic if I could

Very friendly but a little pricy. The lady at the front desk took my truck for a "test drive" around the graveled parking lot, not a mechanic who actually worked on my truck. $108.00 just to change out an air filter?
