I was kept up-to-date on my vehicle and when it would be ready. It was ready around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. I couldn’t get a hold of the insurance to see If the rental would be covered until Monday, so I called them and they waited around until I was able to get there which I really appreciated because I didn’t want to get stuck with another Bill. Everybody was very pleasant and kept me informed.

5+ Gold Star customer service and work! This is an amazing customer service company, and they just happen to fix cars as well. I reviewed and got quotes for several different companies, decided to go with Caliber, and we are so glad we did. We are beyond thrilled with the work done on the car - inside and out. For us, the final bill was a little less than the original quote. They didn't try to upsell us. They had our car for less than 2 days got it done just before the weekend. Communication was clear and timely. 100% recommend you go here, and if we ever need body work done again, we will return here without hesitation. Another perk - great working relationship with Enterprise car rental, so our whole experience was seamless.

Interesting, I was sent by a third party for an estimate and after waiting all n day, they told me my Promaster would not fit in their paint booth. Why even bother doing the estimate if you can't do the job. Doesn't make a lot of sense, does it?
