I really liked these folks at first, but they've really screwed the pooch now. I bought a CAIRE Freestyle Comfort from them about 8 months ago. It was great for a while but lately it was performing poorly with the low oxygen alarm going off constantly and it had SPONTANEOUSLY developed a crack in the view screen. I contacted them and told them of the problem and ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I TOLD THEM WAS THAT SCREEN WAS CRACKED though I had never dropped or banged the unit on anything. Their customer service rep told me that such a problem with the Oxy alarm meant that the unit needed to be replaced, and they made the arrangements right away. I was very pleased with the way they had UPS deliver my new unit AND pick up the malfunctioning one at the same time. Then they crapped all over the situation: a week after the exchange I got the following email from them: "It is imperative for you to understand that concentrators subject to physical damage are NOT eligible for the Comfort Zone Program. The unit you sent us has a cracked screen, which is not a result of manufacturer defect and not covered under warranty. See attached images. Failure to disclose physical damage in the future will result in a revocation of your Comfort Zone Program, repair will be your only option moving forward when the unit needs maintenance." I immediately wrote back to them telling them that the cracked screen was one of the first things I told them about the unit, and that I'm sure they record their customer service calls, so they would have the evidence there themselves. Their customer service rep wrote me back saying their agent had made NO notations about the cracked screen, it must not have been disclosed, and threatened me again with not honoring the warranty. I am livid that they have taken such an aggressive, blaming attitude with me and I will NEVER deal with them again for ANY of my medical needs

At first I was thrilled with AMSR however after my 16 CELL BATTERY that is tuted to "give you 8 hours" when in actually I am LUCKY if Iget 4 hours. I have done what they told me RE:charging properly STILL I am NOT GETTING more than 4 hours hours. With the extra expense of a 16 Cell over an 8 Cell battery I must say I feel cheated. Alas I did receive a "NEW" 16 cell but am STILL STUCK with no more than 4 hours.

Drew was my salesman, he was very professional and helped me with ordering a Sequal Eclipse Portable Concentrator. TheUPS transportation was slow due to inclement weather here in Memphis but Drew was diligent by making sure it was delivered in a timely manner.
