This dealership ran the typical stall and ask the manager negotiation tactic and tries to wear you down through delayed responses. What should take an hour ends up taking all day. The advertised price on the website was initially increased, then when I noticed the discrepancy they reduced the price back to the website price. Then when the agreed upon price is reached for the trade in vehicle, the actual price was not used in the final sales documents. Also, when they present their final sales document, it became packed with add on extra's like added warranties and other items that were not requested. I had to make them remove all these add ons. Be ready for all the tricks of the trade when going through this dealership. I won't be back!! I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️

The whole experience was exceptional. From effective and clear communication, kindness demonstrated throughout the whole process, organized paperwork and processes, from start to finish I really enjoyed working with Arapahoe Kia. After some terrible experiences with other local dealerships, it was refreshing to work with organized folks who cared about building a long-term relationship and customer base.
Ask for Seth and Eddie, they're both outstanding.

Never going back. Almost 3 hours wait and with an appointment. I am usually there 2 hours each time with an appointment, ridiculous.

Sean at Arapahoe Kia was perfectly nice. The test drive went really well and he didn't try to push me to talk numbers after. I appreciated that. However, their offer for the car I wanted was well above what I ended up paying elsewhere, and well above what Kia advertises on their website. Everything about the experience felt impersonal. Very corporate. I'm glad I looked at other offers elsewhere.

Love our new vehicles. Dealership provided great customer service and our sales rep Quincy was attentive, followed up on a timely manner and answered all our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy and instead felt heard and valued as a customer. Overall great experience!

Seth made the process of buying our new EV6 easy and fast with less stress than with previous car buying experiences. We chose Arapahoe Kia because it is the Costco Auto Program Kia dealer for our area and Seth made sure we received the Costco prearranged pricing, plus all applicable manufacturer incentives.

I recently purchased my EV9 at Arapahoe Kia and Seth made the buying experience very smooth for me. I was looking for a larger car for my growing family and he helped me find the right model and trim for me. I also shopped around at other Kia locations and did not receive nearly the same quality of communication or support that I received at the Arapahoe location with Seth.

We worked with Ed on purchasing our Subaru Crosstrek. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. We looked at a few cars and he was very knowledgeable about each of the cars that we looked at. We never felt pressured. We would work with Ed again when it comes time to purchase another car.

Brought my 2021 Sorento in for inspection due to a previous flashing check engine light that was on and misfire codes that were stored from an OBD scan at O'Reilly's. After KIA's inspection, they stated that there were no previous codes stored because if the codes do not report after a certain number of engine cycles, they will erase by themselves. The next day, I had Advance Auto Parts perform an OBD scan and lo and behold, the exact same misfire codes are stored. So how is it possible that the auto parts store equipment can detect them, but KIA's cannot?! That sure sounds off to me.
I was also told that my tire tread was 4/32... I just bought my car in July. Went elsewhere the same day and they measured 9/32.
Can't trust the information provided to me. So, I will not be returning. The only reason I gave a 2nd star was because they were friendly and responsive.

Since the purchase of a Kia Soul, the engine just turns off WHILE DRIVING. Sometimes if you turn it off, it comes back on; however, there are times that it has been 20 minutes to overnight. Rows of warning lights come on while driving. Shut the car off to get to go away, most may. Then the warning lights that go off change intermittently. Anything from ABS to assisted front end collision. Requested a replacement from the get go, but the Kia Customer Care says that unless the dealership diagnostic equipment can hook-up when it happens nothing they can do. The dealership stated that (1) the there were no saved codes; then, recanted saying doesn't show the path to the error (2) took pictures, still no resolution (3) been towed (4) spent thousands on rentals (5) unreliable (6) unsafe, don't know how many times other drivers managed not to slam into the car (7) went to another dealership and a woman pulled in behind me with the same problem for the 3rd time on her new car (9) at this dealership, person having same problem there at the same time stating car shut down while driving with family in the car. Guy was rude to her because now he had 2 people in front of him at the same time (10) told me they drove over 250 miles couldn't get it to malfunction same way (11) drove it 7 miles to work, it did it just before I got to the office. Wanted me to buy another from them...yea, right, NOT! Offered to get a purchase from carfax, etc. LOW BALLED...a fraction of valued; however, were they trying to tell me they know what's wrong or they will fix and sell it for twice the amount?......won't return calls for service and they are the ones I bought it from. In fact, they tried to tell me that I didn't purchase it from them.....OMG...stay away!!!!!

Got the new 2026 Kia K5 today and couldn't be happier! Adam was my sales rep, made the whole process really smooth and painless. Helped me find the best deal, took his time explaining everything in detail, I didn't feel rushed or manipulated which is rare these days. Much appreciated and highly recommend!
