Arc Thrift Stores is a favorite thrift store for many, described as a good and decent place. It is noted for being clean and organized, with very clean bathrooms and a friendly staff who provide great customer service. Shoppers report finding many wonderful things, including perfect antiques, nice items, and physical media like discs and tapes, though checking these before buying is advised. Reviews on pricing are mixed; some feel the prices are right and didn't make them sick, allowing them to save money. Others find the prices crazy and going out of control, noting items can be priced similarly to new ones online.
