We love the staff! Over the last 8 years everyone has been so wonderful, they really listen to our concerns about our Leo cat. They are so sweet with him and really make him feel comfortable because he gets so nervous on the car ride over. I was able to get a next day appointment and some help with his over grooming habit, not to mention it was very affordable.Thank you so much!

SUCH an amazing vet with a staff full of animal lovers. I have been here with 6 of my pets now over 9 years and every single time, I'm blown away by the service and care this team provides. Especially for my pup who just tore her CCL and needs surgery. They have been unbelievably helpful with the scheduling process and getting us a quote. This is the only vet we have been to that has given us a quote for EVERYTHING including post operative care! They are affordable and truly want you to have financial transparency at each visit, which has been amazing. They have no issue sending RX's to outside pharmacies when needed and understand that the costs of pet care can add up quick! I won't be taking my kiddos anywhere else ever again!

I have been taking my dog here for years. I love all the vets and techs. They are all so loving and caring. Their prices are fair and affordable on top of getting the best care here for your pet. I would never take Wedge anywhere else.Wedge passed away on March 2023. Everyone was so compassionate and caring while we struggled with a tumor and Wedge only had weeks left.Fast forward to Nov 2023 got 2 new puppies and knew that I would bring them here to be taken care of. The staff is loving and top notch. All the doctors are amazing! They all loved on the new puppies and gave them their first checkup and shots. I know the pups will receive exceptional care here just as Wedge did ❤️

I highly recommend Aurora Animal Hospital!! After having some not-so-great experiences at other vets we decided to try this place and we couldn't be happier! It is so comforting to know that everyone here truly loves animals and shows care and consideration to both pet and human.They currently treat our elderly dog and our elderly cat. We plan to bring in our new puppies as well! Even though they are no longer close to where we live, as a family, we have decided it is worth the drive to continue to bring our pets to a place where we feel comfortable and know they will get the best care.Our elderly cat recently needed surgery and they are very transparent with their pricing and how much things are going to cost, There has been no fluctuation from their estimate to what we ended up paying which was a nice surprise. Truly can't speak highly enough about this vet!!!

Transferred to this Vet Clinic earlier this year due to a bad experience at my last vet clinic that I had been with for over 10 years.I LOVE this vet clinic from the staff who checks you in, to the vet techs to the ALL the vets I can't say enough positive words to describe how awesome this clinic is. They truly care about your pet. Only wish I would have found them sooner!

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I was able to get my two cats in next day to get a check up. Front staff were incredibly kind and adored my two babies. The vet was thorough in providing detail and worked with me to dig up past medical records and provided additional options and resources on the health of my two cats. I love that they provided me a breakdown of the cost before going through with the additional treatment they suggested and allowed me to make the decision before proceeding. Thank you!

This is not the vet we are patrons of. However, when my dog was tragically hit by a car, they are the folks we called. They told us they could take him that night. They were so compassionate and careful and kind with me in one of the worst moments of my life. They let us say goodbye to him on our own time and then took him for cremation. Cremation was extremely affordable and they gave us the most beautiful box to keep his remains. I'm so thankful for this animal hospital. Thank you so much for everything you did and your flexibility in our time of need.

I have dog that gets very anxious and this is the first vet I’ve been to that really caters to her needs and is able to get done what they need to get done. Very professional while also compassionate and honest. I love that they have urgent care appointments available day of and are very communicative including follow up calls after every appointment.

We are so thankful to have found Aurora Animal Hospital a few years ago. A friend recommended we take our pups there as we had struggled to find a vet that was thorough and transparent with pricing. Aurora Animal Hospital is exceptional and I can’t recommend them enough. They provide excellent care, answer any and all question and don’t make you feel pressured in any way and are always very upfront with pricing, which is greatly appreciated. Again, highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a new place to take your pet!

Everyone here takes such good care of our dog and of us. They are almost always on time (which isn’t always the case elsewhere) and are very clear about charges and estimates. They’re also great about telling us the pros and cons of waiting to move ahead on certain procedures. The proof of the pudding is how excited Trixie is whenever I say, “Do you want to go see the vet?” ☺️

Aurora Animal Hospital was extremely professional in the services they provided.They were very accommodating and compassionate to me and my family during our hard time of having to euthanize my ESA animal. Dr.Willems, Dr.Khalik, and the rest of the staff here are always so incredible! Thank you guys for what you do! Professionalism at it's finest!

Have always been great with all of our pets. We moved out of the area, but still drive the extra miles just for them.Having a separate entrance for cats and small animals is really nice. My cat gets stressed with strange dogs.I also like that you can book appointments online.

Had a second opinion/urgent visit for my dog at this Clinic today. From beginning to end nothing but kindness, compassion and concern for my dog's well being, something lacking in many clinics. Pricing not unreasonable. I will be bringing my dogs here from now on!

I took my two kittens, Rosie and Louis for their first check up. I had had an accident in which I had issues with my back and my walking wasn’t as steady as I had hoped for yet. Aurora Animal Hospital allowed me to stay in the car and a girl came out and got the kitties in their cat carrier took them inside for their appointment and then when finished came back out, we had a very nice conversation about the kitties and and the gal was so personable and pleasant. I would recommend Aurora Animal Hospital for your pets needs. They have two separate buildings one for dogs, and one for cats that are right beside one another overall I was very very very pleased.

All employees I've interacted with have been amazing. They are to help the animals with realistic treatments and have never recommended anything more than necessary to treat my dogs. It's nice, and rare, to have a vet I can trust with my pets and wallet.
