Shady accounting practices. During finance they asked me to sign a waiver which I thought was a waiver of add on items as they had just discussed that. Turns out it was a wear and tear damage waiver policy that costs $600. I formally submitted the cancellation on it and 6 weeks later they still haven't processed my refund

I cannot be thankful enough for all that Yago has done for us.To start with-our car (still under warranty) was repaired a few times at different location, but leaking problem still continued.To our luck, we brought this issue to Yago, and he jumped in right away.His mechanics team determined the leak source and defective part was replaced.He always was on top of the things and found the right solution.Also, that was very important for us, he worked with our busy schedule.I would highly recommend his services.

Setup an appointment for oil and lube change. Waited 10 minutes while the two staff were taking care of othe customers. Sick of waiting for these people while I have an appointment. Took my car over to Meineke. Never again going back to this Nissan service center after going here for 4 years.

Abysmal service for my Xterra. Had it in 3 separate times for a check engine light and they never successfully diagnosed it or fixed it despite >$2,000 in charges.Also gave ridiculous quotes for other repairs - leafsprings, etc.Poor experiences with my SUV and this dealership will ensure I never buy another Nissan

So I've been taking my Nissan Titan and Nissan Pathfinder to LHM on Arapahoe for the last few years. I've had several issues over the years. First issue was they are supposed to rotate the tires with each oil change. I marked my tires to make sure they were in fact being rotated. They weren't.... Brought this up to the management team and seems to have addressed the issue. Recently my problems with them has gotten worse. First my Pathfinder needed a new transfer case control module. LHM wanted to charge me $1000 for the part. A quick online search for the same part from another Nissan Dealer resulted in me getting the part for $585. Hmm can we say price gouging. Final straw for me was two weeks ago had a service on my Titan and within 2 days my truck developed a massive leak from the front seal of the transfer case. Truck was not leaking at all from the front seal. This is not the first time a "new issue" comes up after a service. A few oil changes ago my front differential seal magically started leaking. At the time I didn't think much of it, but now for the second time my car magically has a new leak after being "serviced". This is not a coincidence. I will have the front differential seal and front transfer case seal replaced, but not at LHM. They will never get an opportunity to service my vehicles again. Honesty and integrity matter. Do the job right the first time, and don't create new issues!Update 5/5/2023 Took my Titan to another shop to have the front pinion seal, front t-case seal replaced. The shop confirmed my suspicion that the seals had been messed with resulting in the leaks. So sad that someone in the shop thought this would be a good way to get more business. What they accomplished is losing a customer. Find some place else to have your vehicles serviced.

Don't go to this dealership it's a joke. Knowingly sold me a lemon(smelled strongly of gas.) Then kept giving me the run around saying all the warranties I purched car does not cover fix. Had to get the better business involved. It also takes weeks to get simple fix on vehicle. Oh if your a woman DO expect to be talked down to and treated like your stupid by the service people. Very disgusting experience with the whole dealership and personal. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE SHIT - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

The sent me a coupon for a free multi-point inspection and VIP wash (specifically including interior detailing) for my Leaf. I made an appointment and took it in. The advisor seemed completely perplexed about why I was there, even though it was clearly stated in the reservation. First he said there was no need for any maintenance since it was only at 11,000 miles, so they didn't do the inspection. Then he said they could run it through the car wash for me. It came out of the wash with spots all over the windows, and they didn't do any cleaning of the interior. I emailed them explaining what happened, and they never replied. A week later I called and spoke with someone who said he was an assistant manager. I told him what happened. He didn't believe that I had a coupon that includes detailing. He finally said they would do it but I would have to leave my car there for a full day on a weekday. I need my car for work but I scheduled it because I thought I could arrange an alternate vehicle to use. After I got off the phone, I realized he never got my name or any other info. I was not able to arrange another vehicle to use so I had to cancel the appointment. I don't understand why I need to leave the car there all day. Detailing should take two hours at the most.To sum up, they sent me a coupon for a free wash and detailing, then refused to honor it when I made an appointment and brought my car in. Then they finally agreed to honor it by making it as difficult as possible for me.

Great experience! Jay Kim is the best agent I have ever dealt with. He is super professional and customer service was outstanding. I love that he was not pushy and annoying like other agents ?. He even went out of his way to help me deal with my insurance agent and he made sure everything was ready when I needed it. Smooth and great experience. Highly recommended :)

I went in because received a coupon from the service center for a discount on full service package: oil change, tire rotation and balance, multipoint inspection, windshield wiper replacement. So I went in to have all this done as well as have one particular concern addressed. My particular concern I brought up and asked them to look into, was immediately dismissed and not taken seriously or looked into and the problem still persists. I also didn't receive all of the services promised by their full serve package advertised. I was not given new windshield wiper blades, and I was charged for a service I expressly denied on their addition work request that I was given.I will not be falling for anymore discounted deal promises from this service center, and recommend you do the same.Services: Auto maintenance

I traded in my 2012 Camry and leased a 2023 Altima. They offered $7,500.00 for my Camry (had 121,000 miles on it, hiccup in the transmission, a little under market, but fair given the trans), and got a great lease rate.The salesman I worked with, Sean, was communicative during the whole process. He got most of the paperwork done before my arrival, and was able to get my first three oil changes on the house.I spent maybe an hour and a half in the place during the whole process. The place didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth in the slightest, which is more than I can say for other dealerships.I will definitely be back.

Let's not conveniently relegate it to "communication issues" but call it what it is, an attitudinal problem. I'm sorry if you were told that the customers had "communication issues" and didn't understand what your employee was trying to communicate. There's your attitudinal issue!

So I brought my Nisan Armada (company car) in to get repaired and was going to walk across the street to buy a second personal economy car for around town. Jason in service were amazing. He also answered a few questions about a good economy car. I was in an out in four days and ended up being a second economy car (Rouge) for my wife to run around town. Could not be happier. Jay in sales was fast, friendly and efficient. In and out in an hour. Ill be back.
