I had a Nissan murano that I was on my way to refinance the rest of it ( since it was lease), I had it when I had 3 kids only and now we have five so i wished if I could change it but with the high price it was almost and indeed impossible, but Jay did it for us with just a little increase for what we used to pay , now I pay almost the same for a 2024 a gorgeous 2024 Nissan pathfinder Jay you are the man and I wish if there were a 1000 salesman like you:) GOD bless you?

Jay Kim was extremely helpful in picking out my new Nissan frontier. He made the experience very positive. He explained all features and how to use them very simply to understand. He even brought me and my dad food for us to eat while we waited for paperwork. Very kind and easy to work with while checking out multiple vehicles at a time.

Very disappointing! I was overlooked or forgotten and waited over 6 hours for a simple oil change. I was offered an apology and charged full price. No plans to return.

Thanks Domenic! Better than a quick Lube establishment! An hour in and out with an oil change and tire rotation! You helped restore my trust in a dealer service dept when you have to make a half day appointment and being able to wait is HUGE! Big difference in my mind!

It started when I set a appt online and showed up for the appt on Friday. The man scoffed to another worker about me getting brakes “today” he said in a sarcastic voice. He was very unfriendly and I immediately wanted to leave. If you allow people to set appts online, why would I know that you can do the service for the day that was available online? Saturday morning, I received a text about recommendations of what to fix. I had questions and sent a text to Dominick. He said, “ Hello! You have contacted the correct person, give me just a second to work through our morning rush and I will give you a call :)” After that, there was ZERO communication with regards to my car. I was told I would receive a call and waited 8 hours Saturday with nothing. I both called and texted Monday morning and didn’t hear anything. Finally, I made the decision to pick up my car and take it elsewhere to be fixed. Extremely disappointing. I don’t plan to return and won’t be recommending this location to others.
