I bought my 2022 Subaru Forester here and have had it serviced at this location several times and have had a great experience. My last visit was also great! I want to give a shout out to Pablo. He was kind and made sure I was informed during the whole service process. I appreciate anyone who pays attention and listens to the customer. Thank you Pablo! You are an added asset to the service department!

Chris Burn at Autonation Subaru is wonderful. So far we have just driven a few cars (I will keep this review updated as the process goes on) but he is super chill, funny and helpful. By far the best dealership experience I have ever had.

Worst experience ever with this location. They promised to repair/replace the windshield on a used honda CRV and they didn't keep that promise.. they said they work with denver glass and that shop doesn't do auto glass and only do homes glass.. back and forth for a month now with no resolution. I think they care about new cars ( Subaru's) only . 🤦♂️

I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback from AutoNation Subaru just over a year ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The vehicle has known lawsuits and recalls, including parasitic battery drain issues, something they absolutely should have disclosed. Instead, they sold it to me without a word.
The car has died FOUR times in the past year, including just three weeks after I drove it off the lot. After the first incident, I even had a mechanic inside the AutoNation Subaru garage tell me that I would have issues with this vehicle forever - which is exactly what I have experienced. Each time, I’ve had to deal with the stress, inconvenience, and cost of getting it running again with no true solution of why it continues to die. Now, they’re telling me I need to pay $500 for an upgraded battery just so they can do more testing, which, of course, will cost even more. And they’re offering zero support. No accountability. No goodwill. Nothing.
This dealership is not trustworthy. They’re happy to take your money, but when the problems start, they disappear. I will never buy from AutoNation again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to stay far, far away.

Autonation staff is a pleasure to deal with. We have bought four subarus here already. They always are so helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. I also appreciate the service crew. Very friendly and helpful.

This time we had a great service, they finished at the time was promised, and we paid that we agreed and even they gave us a good discount. The only thing was at the time of payment the associate make us wait for about 10 minutes. So another associate had to take our payment.
