Worst customer service ever. Sean directed us to the back and told no one to help us with our boxes. the men in the warehouse were nice but told me that they weren’t told to give us boxes. sean also had his earphones in and talking on the phone w someone as he was helping me. very unprofessional of him to do. boxes are also extremely over priced

Wasted one hour of my time. The inattentive dispatch desk told me they'd have a box that would be similar to what I needed then sent me to the warehouse. I needed to pass a gate to the warehouse and I guess they thought it would be funny to keep me waiting until I had to call them to open it. The warehouse staff were really nice and helpful but they still didn't have the size of box I needed since dispatch gave me incorrect information. Lo and behold one hour later, I leave empty handed. Avoid.
