Desiree is a very professional, empathetic manager. I do so appreciate her. She is an asset to your company!!! Please fix the lighting situation at this location. The entry parking lot is too dark and as you enter the gates to the units. Also, where my units are the lights are on a timer making it too dark. Thanks.

I recommend Extra Space Storage to everybody...This place is great! Affordable cost, a lot of room in the storage! Their staff is very friendly and nice, very helpful! I recommend anybody that needs storage come to Extra Space Storage these guys are great!

Getting the storage was very easy. Went online and set everything up as well as paid the first month. Went in to the office and the staff was friendly and helpful with showing me on the map where my unit was. When I opened my unit, on the floor was my welcome package and lock. The whole process was quick and easy. This is my second time with extra space, and I love that they let you pick your payment date unlike some other places. Needless to say I’m very happy with extra space storage.

Cassandra, went above and beyond explaining all of the procedures and processes here, I just want to state that this has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with a storage facility. We have rentals at four other properties across the town. I absolutely loved and appreciated the cute note on the door stating all of the facts and that the property had been clean for us. Also, I want you to be aware that when you open it, it is spotless and there is a wonderful welcome packet waiting for you with a lock just in case you don’t have one. I would highly recommend this property to anybody that has storage needs. We are looking forward to many years of business with this property.
One last thing to note that is amazing. They are updated with all of the digital access to get in and out of the property. I cannot say enough about this place thank you for reading this review.

As of right now I would say they are great. I came in and needed a place to get a storage. They were great. Gave me a quote for a different location and they found me a spot that was a better price. And the unit was bigger. Sounds like a WIN WIN.

We had a really great experience, with initiation process from Extra Space Storage on Broncos Parkway. First the representative that helped us Cassandra, gave us a detailed tour of all unit options available. We picked a 10 by 20 unit which was spacious and met our needs. The contract signing was seamless and everything was explained thoroughly by Cassandra. The storage is very up-kept, gated, and easy to access and use.
