Im new to the collision community. I asked questions, not knowing how everything works, Laurie got snippy w me and short tempered and transferred me to someone. She doesnt know a whole lot about processes n cars, she just answers the phone. I talked to someone else, he explained it just fine, then he transferred me back to Laurie, she immediately put me on hold for 7 minutes. Oldest trick in the book to get the customer to hang-up, which i did because they were not going to help me. My review is based off customer service and communication.

Caliber Collision made the process of getting our car repaired very easy. Cesar communicated with us almost every other day letting us know how the process was going. He finished our car on the day promised. When we picked it up, it was clean and looked new again. We will definitely tell friends and family about Caliber Collision!
