“I had an amazing experience today I'm so obsessed with Jcpenneys and the customer service is top notch the workers are very friendly, and knowledgeable. Today I went to the makeup session and Autumn and the other associates were amazing I was greeted and helped right away which I love. They helped me find everything I needed and Autumn who checked me out is a sweetheart she was very friendly and kept a smile on her face. She made my shopping experience smooth. Plus I have a JCPenney credit card which I do get rewards and coupons who doesn't love free coupons… thank you Autumn for making my day amazing ?? ”

“I'm one of those Athleta devotees too. This isn't my preferred location, because Cherry Creek isn't my favorite mall. I tend to buy online more often because I need tall sizes. I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly. My one gripe is that I had to pay for parking just to spend 15 minutes returning an item. This is not, however, Athleta's fault.”
“As a 90s kid, Gap holds a special place in my heart. My wife needed some "basics" for an upcoming trip. I suggested we roll down to our neighborhood Gap. It was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was like I was dropping $50k in Neiman Marcus! My wife found a bunch of plain items for her trip. 10/10 Gap!
You can hate on Gap as much as you want. But Gap is way better (and cheaper) than any Instagram fast-fashion brand. This day in age, I'd rather support Gap than Amazon/Instagram cash-grab campaigns.”

The only thing is the other (young) customers who shop here can be a bit rough around the edges and disturb those who want to shop in peace.”

“My first job was at a rainbow and i love it still. Their plus size section is amazing and their prices are low. Their bra section is so good too with low prices so i can get alot there. It's just overpacked and hard to move around. With a wheelchair or walker its impossible.”

“Staff is exceptional! I recently went shopping for athletic clothes for the winter time. I’m an avid runner (recently ran a half marathon) and practice yoga now for 15 years. I’m very picky about my athletic clothes to make sure they are comfortable and functional.
All of the employees were so kind, attentive and made great recommendations. The energy in here was very welcoming, especially Sarah who was very attentive and helpful. I bought the salutation pants, joggers, salutation zip up and a long sleeve. To say I LOVE all of the items is an understatement. The cherry on top is the company specializes in female clothing, meaning the quality is superb and they pay attention to detail in their design.
Any reviews that complain about the price of Athleta clothing surely doesn’t care about quality nor are they really into athletics. If you want cheap athletic clothes with lack of attention to detail and no customer service, that’s what TJ Max or Marshalls is for.

“Shelves were stocked, not necessarily in size order, but they did have stuff in stock. You had to check around the area because they were mixed, probably from people putting things back wrong. The staff were busy but available for assistance when asked. Not too long of a check out line. It's in a large shopping center so you can find parking; maybe not really close, but there are usually some spots open.”

“This is a new store on the lower level of the Park Meadows Mall. They have a large selection of clothing for both men and women in various different styles. The customer service is good, but the employees stay mainly around the registers with ringing up customer sales. I was able to find something here I liked that was both stylish and reasonably priced. Checkout was fast and easy.”

I was visiting from out of town with family and I stopped in with my two littles.The associates were so kind and helpful, they noticed I had my hands full and offered to hold some items at the register while I continued shopping and even offered to grab some sizes for me that I was looking for.
