I've had the pleasure of working with them over the years and have always been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism while running numbers and discussing coverage options. Consequently, my family and I rest easier knowing we have solid coverage through a quality insurance agency!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I was placed on hold without being asked or given any notice, and then they hung up on me. On top of that, the representative was very pushy and spoke in a rude, unprofessional tone. The way I was treated was unacceptable and left me feeling completely disrespected. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, not dismissive and aggressive.

Recently contacted my Stare Farm office and Andrea Gerome helped me add my son’s dorm insurance. Given all the moving parts with my son leaving for college, this by far was the easiest thing I had to do. Andrea was fast, efficient and communicative throughly the QUICK process. I have been a customer of State Farm since I was born and I will be a customer for life. Thank you Andrea for all your help!

I worked with Kelsea, she’s amazing and very sweet & nice. She gave me my quote(s) very quickly and allowed me the right amount of time to review them. She then followed up me as she promised to. Excellent customer service.

So to start - I bought a motorcycle and USAA does not cover them. I was shopping insurance for the new buy and State Farm reached out and I spoke with Tiffany. I also was in the process of buying a new home.

She asked question while in Hawaii.. needless to say. - once again. I’m a USAA member so they are “kinda” good ?
I have been with Damy’s agency and everyone seems to have a common goal. “Take care of you like family” I quote it Because that is how it feels. They work with me through 2 major injuries to help save money and also “understood” my personality which most would get frustrated. I believe this might be the gold touch of business done right!
