Super grateful for their help today! Tire was slowly losing air & popped in for some help. They fixed it & had me on my way in 30 minutes. Will definitely go back if I need anything in the future.

I’ve been coming to this one discount tire since I moved to Colorado 5 years ago. Today I felt like I didn’t receive the service I usually get. I always get my quotes price before they get my keys, but today that did not happen. I know upselling is apart of any company hell it’s apart of my company but we are upfront about all costs associated with all things we are planning to do. I was not quoted for my 2 tires which were $230 I also elected to get rims which I knew were $530 we went over that portion together. If I had know I would be paying close to $800 I would’ve declined to get the rims at this time. If it would’ve been stated “ your tires are $230 + $530 for your new rims “ I could’ve made a more informed and detailed decision but the service was nice enough to slash a few prices to accommodate the budget I was trying to stay in. I won’t take all the stars away because the team is excellent and have always been for years. I felt a little taken advantage of because since they’d already changed out my previous rims I got from discount a few years ago it would be an inconvenience and extra labor to undo. I just stress the importance of being fully transparent with your customers so they won’t walk away feeling swindled out of their hard earned money. Just a missed stepped that caused miscommunication but he did apologize. All in all still good customer service and care.

Great customer service from Rob getting 4 new KO2s installed on my Raptor. One frustration is I needed an alignment and selected this store as opposed to one closer to my home and less sales tax in Highlands Ranch only to find out their machine is too small for my truck. Pain having to end up dragging around my kids to multiple shops now.

Hands down the only tire shop you need. Phenomenal, professional service, best prices when comparing the competition, and easy to work with.
Every single person I have interacted with at this location has been so helpful and informative and I cannot say that about other tire places. They greet you at the door and inform you about the repair/replacement process each step of the way. I'll continue to come here for all my tire needs and I highly suggest you do as well.

Love the free air check. Discount Tire has been our go-to tire place for at least 25 years! Best tires, value and service. Patrick was awesome today on air check - gave me my tire tread depths and was super kind to guide me on backing out of bay!

Had an appt to get my tires replaced and it started off great with the recommendation of some better tires but for some reason my appt got missed and I ended up waiting for over 2 hours. What’s the point of scheduling online? I ended up having to leave before my service was completed and to top it off I was and was never called to ask if I wanted an alignment performed and they went ahead and did it without my permission, but I of course so I got to pay for that when I went to pick up my vehicle. They apologized for my patience but that only goes so far. Seriously wish I could just cancel the tires altogether after that experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection. There was no attempt to upsell me on a more expensive set of tires I didn't need. They arrived super quick, within a day, and they were installed in maybe half an hour. Shoutout to Johnny! Very professional and chill. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs tires.

Had the pleasure of working with Jackson yesterday and he helped us get a new set of tires for a great price. Such professionalism in this office. I went in planning to talk with Jackson from a previous phone call beforehand and a young lady offered help as well. Very happy with this location.

The last few months have been really bad for me. My husband had a heart attack and less than a week later my father died. This year has started out bad as well. I totaled my car and came in to discount tire the next day to get snow tires put on my husband's car. I don't remember the manager guys name that helped me out Saturday morning, but he really made my year. Restored a little bit of hope in life and humanity. Thank you kind sir. You have made sure that discount tire will be the only place my husband and I ever take our cars for tire needs. Thank you.

I cam here for an alignment on my lifted Miata. I was amazed at how fast and friendly everyone was working. Looked like a NASCAR pit crew out there changing tires in record breaking time.

I want to give a big shoutout to the amazing team you have! I needed studded tires, and they got the job done quickly, even though they had to bring them in from another store. It was ready the same day, but I waited until the morning. Kudos to Ryan, who was extremely helpful, and the manager who took the time to check in with me.
