In a week we tried Los Dos Portillos, Casa Caliente, and Señor Sol. Hands down winner is Señor Sol. Food is slightly better than Los Dos, drinks are better (order wisely), and service is solid. Yes, it’s a little hole in the wall on the Ambiance side, but that’s part of its charm. We’ll be back, very regularly.

Outrageous price on the margaritas, very unexpected when we got our bill, and afterwards the three in our party were so intoxicated we wondered if we had been drugged. No joke. I will never be back.

Have been going here for some years now mostly for lunch and it's been ok. Went tonight, first ever ordering margs and I noticed no prices posted on menu for these......well now I know why. Why check came, margs are $20 a piece! Excuse me!! Never again will I go back there. Not worth that.

Food had no flavor, chili was bad, guacamole was really bad. Once waiter finally came I let him know and he said don't eat it then. Should of known, bathroom had ice in the urinal, bar area had ice on floor. Wish it was better.

We love going to El Senior Sol. We are always welcomed with with smile and quick service. The drinks are strong and delicious. The food is always great. We go all the time!

Decent local Mexican with the classic touch. Family friendly, kids, good vibe, attentive staff, not the usual 2 hour out-the-door wait.

Im not one to complain just to complain but today was the second time I’ve given this place a chance. The first time my partner and I got sick from their chicken enchiladas. I thought why not give it another shot? Today we decided to try again. After paying $10 for two soft drinks and a basket of cold, stale tortillas chips and a salsa that was all liquid, we decided to not even delve deeper. Just do yourself a favor and skip this spot even if you live in the neighborhood like we do.

So terrible I don't know where to start. It was pretty busy but nobody came to take our drink or food order for way longer than other customers. The Chile con queso burrito was supposed to come with Chile and guacamole and sour cream. It was just meat and Velveeta cheese and two slices of avacado. It was so gross! I asked for Pepsi and got orange soda. Nobody came to check on us. I will never come here I could eat dog food that tasted better
