Will Munn was exceptionally helpful--he stayed after business hours so I could rent a car that day when my Uber had trouble finding me and consequently got me to Enterprise after it had closed. He has a great sense of humor and excellent customer service!

Wow, Jordan might be one of the best rental car people I've ever seen. He remained calm and professional when surrounded by a seemingly endless nightmare of customers and corporate shenanigans.Presidents weekend, no cars in the majority of Denver. I'd previously reserved a car many days ahead from Hertz, Gold Member, they called and said they were all out of cars the day before pickup regardless of the reservation. Unbeknownst to us they also cancelled our reservation without notice.I called maybe 10 other places in north Denver and the airport are all out, and to add to that their websites and general corporate customer phone lines falsely tell people there are cars on site for rent. This leads to a nightmare of over booking.Something. Is. Wrong. With. The. Denver. Car. Rental. Industry.I have a family with kids who need the car for our vacation, Denver is a lot of driving and it's about 40 degrees outside. Here comes Jordan, I call and speak to him directly and am shocked he is able to get me a car. I had pretty much given up hope of finding a car and so having our vacation pretty much ruined. He is very good and tells me the difficult circumstances he has to navigate to get me the car and the exact time to come so he doesn't give it away. I show up at that time and he actually has the car there! He is very professional very nice even when I see some of the other customers aren't being as polite. He was also genuinely trying to move things along quickly. Vacation saved. I've travelled many years for work all around the country and can only recall a few people who have hustle like this guy. Subsequent billing was also ship shape.

It was in September 2021 that I first had the misfortune of dealing with Enterprise. My car got hit in a parking lot, and my front fender got ripped off. The other guy’s insurance was supposed to pay for repairs and for a rental car from Enterprise. As is standard procedure, I gave Enterprise my credit card information and my address when I rented the car. Because of supply chain issues, the repair process took two weeks. I received a bill in the mail from Enterprise saying I owed them $193.65. I sent an email asking why I owed them money, and they said the other guy’s rental insurance didn’t cover the whole two weeks and I had to pay for the rest. Not sure why they didn’t just charge my credit card, but sure, I’ll pay it. I followed the instructions and paid the bill online on December 9, 2021. (Remittance ID can be provided on request.) I had paid Enterprise, so I thought that must be the end of it. Never have I been so wrong. Another bill came on December 12, 2021. I figured it had been postmarked before I paid my bill, so I didn’t think anything of it. Another bill came in January. Alarms started going off — had they not received my payment? I called Enterprise on my lunch break, and after waiting on hold, I talked to a representative. After giving him my receipt number, I was told that they had indeed received my payment, but it had just gone to the wrong department. I told him I had just followed the instructions that were mailed to me, and wondered aloud how an organization could be so incompetent that they could not take someone’s money without a problem. I then asked what could be done. Not to worry, he said, he would fix the mixup and that would be the end of it. For a while, I thought that was the end of it. They asked to be paid. I paid them. They couldn’t find my money, so I called them up, provided my receipt, and told them where they put it. On May 22, 2022, I saw a refund in my account for $143.92 from Enterprise. I thought that was strange. (For the record, I hadn’t asked for a refund.) On June 25, 2022, I get a letter from First Financial Asset Management, a collections agency. They are trying to collect a debt of $143.92 on behalf of Enterprise, exactly the amount that had been refunded a month before. Let me summarize the situation. 1. I am forced to rent a car from Enterprise. 2. Enterprise asks to be paid. 3. I pay Enterprise. 4. Enterprise says, “Why haven’t you paid me yet?” 5. I say, “I paid you, here’s my receipt.” 6. Enterprise says, “We put your money in the wrong spot. Never mind, we’re square.” 7. Five months later, Enterprise says, “Here’s your money back.” 8. Enterprise tells the debt collection agency, “He hasn’t paid us the amount we just gave back to him!” 9. The debt agency says, “You owe Enterprise money. If you don’t pay, we’re going to make your life difficult.” 10. I pay the debt collection agency. Let’s go through the ramifications of this. Even though I have paid my bill: - I have been harassed for more than six months. - My credit score is being threatened, which will affect my ability to buy property in the future. - The background check I am applying for is being threatened, which will affect my livelihood. Do not EVER rent a car through this agency. They will literally try to ruin your life.

I had a great experience with the Enterprise in Centennial CO. I was given a great car for over a month while mine was getting repaired. Emily and Alvin were very friendly and helpful. I plan to use their service in the future.

I rented a Nissan Versa from Blythe at Enterprise. I'd returned the vehicle to Nicole Poppel, not realizing that I'd left my remote garage door opener on the driver's side visor. I returned a few hours late, to find the Nissan has already been issued to another renter. Nicole couldn't find my remote, and did everything in her power to track it down to find it in a lost and found box that Blythe thoughtfully put it in. Thank you Nicole and Blythe, who seemed understaffed to handle all the traffic I'd seen going through that location. Excellent service from pick up to drop off, and on their game with list item retrieval with all else they had to do. Nicole is a powerhouse of an employee at that location.

We had the worst service at this location, we got a rental because our vehicle had a recall, we hardly drove the rental maybe twice in a week, we returned it thinking it was all good as my husband it dropped off. Later I got a call from one of the employees accusing us that we were responsible for a Crack on the windshield and to provide them with our insurance policy, I then ask her to provide me with before and after pictures she took down my info and told me that management were gonna sent them, we have not gotten nothing. They inspected the vehicle as my husband dropped it off, from what I know they opened a claim and we have no evidence that there was any Crack on the windshield. geeez what a way to make easy money
