If I could give them zero I would. Are not accommodating at all. They kind of rush you out and through inspection. Only place I've ever had to leave a high deposit I do not recommend them at all

I rented a car from Enterprise in November 2024 and while I was at home they claimed I drove on Colorado I25 N express lane two days in a row and charge my credit card with the toll amounts plus service charges. I called their toll department and emailed them many times to ask for proof that included pictures and to indicate what section of this very long highway supposedly I drove, and they refused to provide any information requested and emailed me back every time with the following statement:
Our review team concluded our initial research. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify any discrepancies indicating that the tolls reported against the vehicle are invalid.
Would you happen to have any documentation placing you in an alternate location, so that I may further investigate this matter? Any food, gas, credit card charge, or store receipt with a time, date and location stamp will be enough.
Subsequently, since I was home both times I took a screenshot of my work timesheet that indicated that I worked from home those two days and in one of those days I drove to the car repair shop in the opposite direction of I25 around the time they claimed I drove on the I25 N express lane and again they responded the same way.
This is a complete scam, and I hope authorities will follow up on these business practices to protect the public from corporations like this.

The crew at this location was extremely helpful when I needed to get a rental while my car had been in an accident. They upgraded me to a car similar to the one that had been damaged and the whole experience was very pleasant. I strongly recommend the agency at this location.

I made a reservation online, and just as I was about to arrive, I received a call from an employee at the location telling me they didn't have the vehicle I had reserved, even though they had already confirmed my reservation. To make matters worse, the employee who called was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist or improve the situation.

I had an awesome experience here! Tim and Bree were both amazing. The car was clean and suited my needs while mine was being repaired. They also took me and picked me up. In todays environment of almost zero customer service, this was welcome treat.

My 1st time renting from this location. I had some work being done on my vehicle in the same industrial park, so it was convenient for a single day rental. I chose the reservation option to let them choose which vehicle I got. Wasn't picky for 1 day. Expected a compact, but got put in a nice mini van for the day. Pacifica was quiet, smooth ride, fairly new based on mileage.
I am terrible with names, but I believe her name was Brianna. She checked me out Monday morning and back in Tuesday morning. She was very friendly and had the vans heated seats and heat on max. Perfect for a cold snowy morning! Warmed up in no time.
I definitely recommend the "let them choose" option. While I'm sure I wouldn't get a mini van over a compact each time, I'll take the chance. It did get me out faster while others waited for a specific vehicle class to be washed, snow cleaned off, etc. They just gave me whatever no one else was waiting on. This time, it worked out in my favor, but even if I had gotten a compact, it would have been fine.
