Hunter and Colton are top notch!! They were the most helpful and professional with every step of the process! They really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care from beginning to end. I highly recommend the Fulton street location!!!

Went to Enterprise and rented a vehicle on 12/9/24. Hunter helped my dad and I get a nice, clean Nissan Sentra while my car was getting repaired at an auto shop down the street. when my car was fixed , I returned the vehicle on 12/11/24
Hunter and the other associate were friendly and accommodating and waived the 1/2 day for us and gave me a ride to the shop to get my jeep.

Manager tried to get me to pay a $20 a day waiver of “loss of use” in case rental was damaged. It is mythical to believe that enterprise has 100% of their cars used and would lose revenue because one was in the shop. Horrible greedy behavior by Enterprise. Very disappointing. Ashamed to call it my home town company.

The team at the 7201 S Fulton St, Centennial CO, address was PHENOMENAL! They were all extremely friendly and great to deal with. They excel at customer service and representing Enterprise Rent-a-Car. The team made the pickup and drop-off routine super easy for me. In a world of lack-luster customer service, this team gets a 5-Star rating from me. I will rent from them in the future as this experience was very positive. Thank you.

Such a painful experience both on the front and back end. It took at least an hour to get a car and the employee who rented the car tried to upsell me and attempted to instill fear to get e to buy additional insurance, etc. When returning the car, this morning, the one employee had four people waiting in the rental office while he chatted it up with one of his “bro’s” in the parking lot. The people who arrived before me said he had been doing so for at least 15 minutes. When another customer went outside and asked for help, he said, “Sorry everyone, just me on a Saturday”, as if we were all expected to give him a pass. I didn’t fall for his BS and he continued to play Mr. Nice as a manipulation. I didn’t play along and was curtious but short with him. Nice doesn’t cut it when your actions communicate that you could care less about inconveniencing your customers. He then asked, in a snarky way, if I got my firearm out the car as if I was the problem. Will never rent from Enterprise again.

Idk what's going on with Enterprise but I've had zero luck with any of them here in Centennial lately. I rented a car and have been sitting here waiting to leave with a rental for 1.5 hours. The gentleman at the counter is doing paperwork, answering the phones and helping sign people in but not much else. This has been a nightmare! I definitely will not be back!

Caleb is the man! Even with my insurance company being the dingdongs that they are, Caleb made it happen! Not only that, he was slammed, by himself, still had a positive attitude, and effectively problem solved.
To top it off, I mentioned that I left my source of nicotine at my office. Caleb made sure to handle that problem too!!! I hope ENTERPRISE knows what an asset to their company that Caleb truly is.
