I had a very positive experience with Jamie. I had to go here for my life insurance medical exam.I was very nervous and overwhelmed leading up to the visit. I’ve had a history of bad experiences with blood draws. She was very calm and kind. She was also very fast. She was even supportive when I felt sick to my stomach from the blood withdrawal due to anxiety I get from blood draws. She made it the least painful time I’ve ever had & I was able to bounce back faster than usual due to her insightfulness and support.I would recommend this place in person.

Over a month ago, Exam One called me to schedule and asked if I wanted home or a clinic. Since I work from my home I told them home. They told me the person who does home physicals in my area had an emergency and they would call me back to schedule. Approximately a week later, I receive a text at about 7pm that someone would be at my house at 8am the next morning. I responded that this time didn't work and that I never scheduled this.

This place does not exist at the address listed, frustrating having been given an appointment here and the address listed is actually a different company.

I had an exam set for life insurance. I was told on scheduling that they could only come to me for the exam. The time for the exam came and went, I check outside 15 min after the appointment and 27 min after my appointment. The second time I not only open my door but walk out to the parking lot. Upon my return I found a door tag saying they missed me. I called the number and was told that they knocked on the door and waited "seven minutes" before leaving. I received no phone phone call asking if I was home, nothing. I now have to completely cancel my work day to accommodate a return at 1pm.

Horrible customer service, I'm amazed this place can stay in business. They will say they will call you back and never do. They don't have enough staff to meet clients needs.

They came to my house to do the med exam at 7:30 am. What more can I ask for? No complaints.

P.s. This apartment complex has two doors. One that leads to the patio and at the other end of the patio is the door to the residence. This can be seen from any angle. So the examiner was knocking on the outside door which isn't near the residence door. So you literally cant hear someone knocking. ALSO, the outside door was unlocked so the examiner could have actually knocked on the home door too. It's amazing how delivery guys can call to say they are here but an actual medical professional can't find your number/call in a "seven minute" wait?

I loved my experience here. I had to go in to be evaluated for Life Insurance, I arrived five minutes before my appointment and was called in two minutes later.

I called ahead to make sure I could get in, I was told yes. I let them know I had an hour drive. when I arrived they tried to send me to another location. I had other business in the area. told I had a 20 min wait. ok waited well over half an hour just for a drug test.

Exam One in the Denver Metro area is unprofessional. I had a confirmed life insurance exam appointment with Exam One, and no one showed up at the designated time. Fifteen minutes later, still no one. I called and they said my appointment accidentally got deleted. I took time off of work for this. Very unprofessional.

I would go with no stars if that were an option. My husband and I have been dealing with Exam One for almost 2 full months trying to get mini-physicals completed for a life insurance policy. They have set up appointments that they have cancelled, cancelled again, and then just plain "no-showed." Worst customer service ever.

I had to stop in really quickly for a drug test for work. Super quick service. I waited 2 minutes tops for them to assemble the paperwork and get everything ready for me. The lounge area was very clean and had upscale furnishing as well as a flat screen t.v. for patients to watch while they waited. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes tops. No complaints here. Can't think of anything I would change or that could be better.
