Encountered a rude and unfriendly teller, Brianna. Did not greet me and barely said thank you. I'm so used to that from other younger generations doing the same, it isn't a big deal. It's to be expected from these younger generations. The thing that bothered me was I asked her nicely if she was finished with my I.D. She rudely said, "Not yet. If I was done with it, I would've already given it back to you." Clearly an attitude issue. Unacceptable. C'mon Man.

Truly shocking conduct by an employee...rude beyond being rushed or otherwise occupied, which itself would be inappropriate, perhaps somewhat understandable to some degree, but this person...yikes...we're actually terminating our account, taking our business elsewhere.

Went to get some money out and the staff where unprofessional they threw up an x at me with there arms and yelled they were closed. Costumers shouldnt be treated like that at an establishment that's supposed to be filled with professionals they should have came to the door and said sorry we are closed you're going to have to use the ATM to get money out not throw up an x at me with their arms and yell that they were closed.

We moved our accounts from Chase to First Bank due to sudden changes by Chase's management to raise the fees. Senior Banker Rebecca at First Bank in Centennial was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions, laughed at my cheesy jokes, and moved us along quickly due to having a child with us. Everything was explained simply and easily to understand. After Chase burned our relationship that we've had with them for over a decade, we have no doubt First Bank will be there for us down the road. In all my interaction with First Bank everyone has been kind, easy to talk to, and very helpful.

1. I could count all of your security cameras within 8 seconds of entering your branch. Your security system doesn’t cover the corners of your bank. Nor does it cover a great deal the main area where your customer service representatives are working.

This bank is AWFUL! If you are a business owner or consumer DO NOT work with this particular branch. The book keeper Anna and her team are fraudulent and should be investigated by the Colorado Banking Authority. I will be informing the banking authority of this as well. I own a 5 million dollar a year business and have used First Bank for 2.5 years only because I have so much money going through my account it is a extreme inconvenience to switch banks. Anna the bookkeeper uses deceptive banking practices to collect fees. The Latest of dishonesty displayed by Anna is on a Tuesday at 11:00 she called me stating she was returning a check I deposited from a customer because she could not verify funds available in the customers account who wrote the check and she said "she was returning the check. Next Anna returned 5 of my checks to contractors and charged fees. Two days later Anna cleared the check I was originally told bounced which turned out to be untrue and a bold face lie by Anna, in fact she cleared the check but only after she canceled all the checks I wrote to my contractors and charged return fees. This Saga has gone on and on. Today Anna and her team sent back another check to one of my contractors even though my account clearly shows that projected balance after all my deposits will be 23,000 dollars when the check reconciled at the end of business today. Mind you I have been banking there for 2.5 years and in no way am I a new unproven account holder. This nonsense has gone on for a while now and I am happy to be reporting this to the Colorado Banking Authority. This particular branch has taken deceptive banking beyond anything I have ever seen. There are many banks in Colorado that follow good banking practices and will not cheat you. Find another bank, I promise you if you bank with this bank you will remember well this review the first time they cheat you.

They have always been very friendly & very quick. I have banked with 1st bank for 25 years and have been using this branch for 7 of those years and I have always left very pleased with my service & I have never had to wait in line more then a few seconds.
