Very happy with the service I have received. Never have to wait for a teller, and special requests are cheerfully taken care of. After a few bad experiences with other national banks, First Bank has definitely earned my business!

Most of the time, most employees are already gone home, then you approach someone who is not familiar with your questions and refers you to the next person and the next person is already gone for the day.

Employees prefer to talk to one another over doing their jobs. For instance this morning my husband walked in shortly after opening. He noticed 15 employees on staff. Not a person in line. He stood there quiet, listening. He then spoke a little with a different teller. Then about 5 minutes later a different teller from another station walked across the lobby and went up to the two employees just chatting away and said can you please help this man. For real, another employee had to say something about those women doing their jobs. Clearly they're in the wrong business if the customer doesn't come first. This place is getting slower and slower with customer service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. Just joined this bank, and I'm already closing my account. It's bad enough it takes 7-10 days to get a debit card, but to be told twice by customer service to go into the branch, including one guy saying the branch is not following protocol, and still not being taken care of is crazy. Four times I heard, "We just don't do that for new customers." FOUR times. They were more than happy to allow me to put money into my account, but letting me take it out for 7-10 days...truly unbelievable.Side kicker...They wouldn't even let me close my account either because they said they have to wait 5-7 days to make sure the money I deposited is good. lol

Waited 20+ minutes (after presented my DL and withdraw slip) to get $100 of small bills at the drive thru while on my way to pick up some lunch order. I thought it should be quick, and I can cash tip takeout food workers. It didn't appear busy in the middle of the day, and I was not told anything about the unusually long wait for a very simple transaction. Will walk inside to the branch next time.

What a joke. This bank can fall off the face of the earth and the planet would be a better place. I have never Im my life had such poor service period. People stay far far away from this branch. You can grow a nice beard waiting for any service in the drive thru!

Horrible customer service. Drive thru is a disaster. You can be the 2nd car and wait for a minimum of 20 minutes. Think about making one lane for businesses only.

I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had with Dan. And I am being completely sarcastic when I say that. Dan approached me very firmly and almost in an intimidating fashion. I believe this gentleman should go back to the drawing board on his customer service skills. It's plain to see that this gentleman is just flat-out unhappy. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. Hard to believe a grown man got that upset over a $30 withdraw. Dan has no business being in a customer service role. Thank you.
