“These guys are great. I needed to send flowers to a friend, but I'm in another country and very different timezone. Different enough that I wasn't even able to specify the correct day for delivery. I sent them an email after ordering and by the time I came online the next morning they had already delivered the perfect bouquet. I also had a nightmare trying to find a Denver florist who could accept payment/billing details outside the US, but this business uses ShopPay, which meant I could use all my usual on-file billing details with ease. “Someone I am dating who wants to be more serious than I am ready for, after a prior tumultuous relationship, had flowers delivered to my residence during my work day. I was not home. The lovely lady delivery driver called me to ask whether she could leave them with one of my neighbors. I am SO grateful she called to get permission and didn’t just do so without asking! I’ve requested this person NOT have flowers delivered to me as I’m not ready to share about or introduce him to my kids or close circle. I’m a single mother and my ex can be very overbearing. I protect my kids by giving them plausible deniability.I suggested she leave them on my porch but she said their policy doesn’t allow that.I then asked if I could simply pick them up at their shop on my way home. When I arrived at their shop and said I’d spoken to someone earlier about a delivery she remembered me by name and a few minutes later I was out the door with the bouquet.Thank you for focusing on a solution I was comfortable with and respecting my and my kids’ privacy even though you didn’t know the particulars. The arrangement was beautiful and even though I didn’t bring them home, they were enjoyed by a mom friend whose son is battling cancer. ❤️ ?This business -its employees/owners- clearly care about the human beings their flowers are meant for. Though, the flowers are well-cared for and curated, too. ”
“We met Don and Nancy at a very sad and traumatic time in our life-- the sudden passing of my 16 year old niece, Adriana. I had called several places in Denver and talked to florists trying to find someone that I felt would understand who Adriana was, and that her favorite color was purple and she was only 16. I spoke to Don on the phone and he told me to go ahead and email him pictures of flowers and arrangements that we liked. I did that and he responded right away giving me the names and information of all the flowers in the pictures that we had sent. We went to the store and solidified everything and just felt so much better that we had found them. * Ps. I had spoken to a florist in Denver that was talking about spray painting an arrangement. Don and Nancy delivered and set up Adriana's flowers themselves- crying with us and hugging us as they left. And that's JUST their customer service guys.The flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. We had Picasso Calla Lilies, purple thistle for a little edgy effect, and peacock feathers- which just set them off.I have been meaning to do this since Adriana's service in May. I'm just still so emotional. We miss her SO much. But if your flowers mean as much to you as they did to us-- as an expression of an emotion for a person or even the expression of a person.... The arrangement they created could not have exceeded our expectations more and looked absolutely stunning! Our recipient was in complete shock upon receiving the gift, but also shared the joy she felt upon seeing how beautiful the arrangement was. It truly made her week, and ours! “My hubby was here yesterday and got me and my daughters some flowers and a stuff bear for my youngest for Valentine’s Day . I love my roses and my daughter’s bouquet was beautiful too! He got some interesting chocolates too ( one was pig n tators which had bacon and potato chips but we don’t even eat pork ?) . Laura helped him out and he was grateful for that! She was friendly and helpful. We had a good laugh about the chocolate. I’m enjoying the flowers as I sit and work on my computer. Thank you!”

I had no idea what to get - the florist listened to this doting grandma, and put together a beautiful bouquet. “I am SO glad that I found Designs Inspired by You in looking for florals for my wedding day. We got married on 11/4/2023 and were looking for a fall package that showed off the beautiful colors of the season. It was such a fun experience hand-creating my own bouquet as well as bouquets with my bridesmaids. We learned so much about how to properly arrange our flowers, take care of them and ensure they'd last long after the wedding was over. We were also provided with detailed care instructions to make sure they stayed hydrated and beautiful for the 1-2 days we stored them prior to the wedding. People could not stop raving about how beautiful they were (myself included), and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a total of 5 bouquets, 4 corsages, 8 boutonnieres, and an arch piece and the pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable - one of the best quotes I received for so many beautiful blooms. “Wow! I don't do reviews often, but....I had to say that Bonnie Brae Flowers is the most customer oriented business I have dealt with in a very long time. They are unusual in that they really do care. My husband sent flowers to Our daughter on valentines day, and unfortunately someone took them (stole) outside her apartment door. Needless to say she never received the initial flower delivery. I called Bonnie Brae just to inform them, and they offered to replace and deliver the same order --ON VALENTINES DAY no less!.Their busiest day of the year. I live in Delaware but when I'm visiting in Denver next, I plan to stop in and THANK these wonderful people. Oh, and the flowers were gorgeous!!Thank you Bonnie Brae!”
