I had been hearing about this “Pickle Ball” thing for a while… saw the store and thought I would inquire… Finally had someone ask if I needed help. Told the gent that I had been hearing about Pickle Ball but didn’t know anything about it… His response, “OK Good” and walked away and ignored me. I won’t be back.

The customer service here is amazing. I have bought a lot of racquets from this store. Amazing staff and management team. Very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They have helped me a lot with buying new equipment and strings. I would highly recommend this store.

Stopped by here with my son today to look at some pickleball paddles. Despite being pretty packed, I was greeted by several employees and everyone was super friendly. This place is filled with racquets, strings, stringers, bags, paddles... and everything was organized very well. One of the employees named Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful demo program for pickleball paddles that is very affordable. They have a large selection from entry level racquets/paddles to advanced ones, and based on this experienced I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tennis/pickle gear.

I was refused the ability to make a purchase unless I provided my phone number. After telling the store employee I would just like to make a purchase and not share my information, I was told I couldn’t. Bizarre. I was told to provide the phone number of a friend or family member. Just let make a purchase without providing personal information. It’s simple, customers should have the right to privacy.

LOVE my new Technifibre Multifeel 17G strings! Luke and Andrew were so knowledgable and gave me honest recommendations. They also have the BEST jokes! Give them a raise! This is my favorite store because of the staff here! ❤️?

I have purchased pickleball paddles previously from Game-Set-Match as they have a great selection and knowledgeable sales representatives. Recently I purchased a new Carbon Fiber paddle and was extremely disappointed with the paddle. I had others where I play try it and received comments back like “it’s dead”, “no life”, “terrible paddle”. Game-Set-Match sent the paddle back to the manufacturer which in turn sent it back stating there was nothing wrong with it.GSM, sensing my dissatisfaction with the paddle exercised unexpected and over the top customer service by working with me to get a different paddle which I am playing now and absolutely love.I commend Game-Set-Match upon their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank You!

A new area was built for Pickleball equipment! Very helpful staff and the best is the demo program. Demo paddles for $5 each (got a couple of days) and once you buy the one you choose, the money paid for demos will be discounted. Also, the best store to get pickleball shoes, you need them to play outdoors to prevent many injuries.

Unfortunately, stores dedicated to promoting and supporting tennis have become rare. It is such a treat to finally find one of the few remaining outposts dedicated to the cause.I appreciate the selection of racquets, bags, strings, and related equipment here. Full stringing services are available and the staff is really friendly and attentive.You know how sometimes you visit a store and the staff doesn’t have a sufficient level of knowledge to assist you? Luke was great help. He was very helpful in explaining the demo program and finding a demo racquet. Other staff was friendly, I was greeted upon going into the store. I definitely recommend the Centennial location!

Adam, Clayton and the entire team at GSM are the best. I am the Director of Racket Sports at Snowmass Club and we hired them this summer to install new logoed wind screens. They arrived early, worked hard, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
