I've been visiting this location for years and they have single-handedly made me a good year customer for my foreseeable lifetime. Every single time I have come to this location they have gone above and beyond any reasonable expectations of service. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, and capable. Also, I have always left having spent less time, money, and headache than I was expecting to have my vehicle repaired. This location is straight magic.

Horrible experience here. One hour before closing they did not want to fix my flat tire small nail in the tire, which other location fix it for 10 minutes. I'm repeat customer and no more. Shame on you how you treat customers and talking to.

Sean and his team were fantastic. Brought car in with several nails in the tires, they were able to get me in right away. I feared new tires were a definite. Sean and his team inspected and found the nails hadn’t punctured the tires. Whew! Nice to find an honest and professional group. When I do need new tires I know where I’m going. Thank you!

My new tire(from a competitor) popped and I pulled into the parking lot to discover Goodyear- thank goodness-they put on my spare free of charge. Everyone was so helpful and once my warranty expires from competitor I will purchase my tires from this location, because the service was amazing! Thank you again!

I had new Goodyear Wrangler tires installed and wheel alignment performed at this Centennial location. John and Sean were very courteous and professional, services were completed timely as promised. I will continue to rely on this store for future purchases and highly recommend for your needs also. Thank you Goodyear! 😃

Made an 8am appointment for drop off and received a call right away to ask when the car was needed back and said whenever. At 3pm called and spoke to John, who offered such rude service. I asked for a ballpark of when the car would be done so I would have an idea of when to head over to pick it up. John said I told them they could have all day, so I rephrased and said ok but generally when and he said by close. So I said I understand by close and asked if there was any more specificity, and he said “in the next 2 hrs and 45 minutes”, which is when they close. I explained that I thought his response was rude and he said they had other cars to work on despite the fact I had an 8 am appointment and offered them flexibility on my car. Wasn’t asking for it to be done asap but just to know a ballpark of when I could pick it up. He proceeded to ask if I knew what time it was. I ultimately picked up my car without being serviced as John made the choice to be snarky and rude. Turned a bad service experience of not having the service done at appointment time and offering flexibility as a customer to an even worse experience when John doubled down and chose to be rude about it. There are so many choices you have for vehicle service in the area, don’t support jerks.

I had a rental car with a nail in the tire, Goodyear was the only place out of the list that enterprise gave me as options to go to accommodate me. I was able to drop my car off for repairs and pick it up the same day! Thank you Goodyear for saving the day!
