I started leaking oil when I got home from the drain plug. So I just had do my own oil at home and buy a new drain plug to. What a waste of money there. And they said they added antifreeze and I checked it down the street and it was low so they didn’t even add any and they so charged me.

Usually have good to great service at Grease Monkey. Today was awful. Told me I would be in and out in 15 minutes and was about 1 hour. Told me the oil change was $107 and air filter was $30 - $40 but the service total was $229. Person I was dealing with Trey was dismissive and unapologetic. Will not be going back.

I don’t know about every other Grease Monkey in town, but this one is exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about the manager, who is a wonderful, caring individual, and the men that work with him are just as great. They are honest, they check the entire car over, and the price is always reasonable. I would like to believe that the other installations are as good as this one, but I don’t know how they could be. They are not fortunate enough to have the workers that my Grease Monkey has.

Came in for a transmission fluid top off andy helped me out and got me in and out in just a few minutes. His customer service was great too!

The plug on the transfer case was left loose so it leaked a lot before we could get to another mechanic to check it and discovered it wasn't tightened. Won't be going back to Grease Monkey again.
