I am so happy I decided to do my kitchen countertops with Green Area Granite. Ryan was really nice and knowledgeable while visiting the show room. Bill was great when he came out to take the measurements. Taylor and Dave were very nice, quick and professional when they came to install. Very Happy!

Some of the reviews were correct about Ryan. He should never be running a company. Not friendly and rather a jerk,. Went in a couple of days ago and he was heading out and didn't want to be bothered. I don't think this place will be around very long . Especially with that customer service.

Had my countertops installed and there was a flaw in the granite. We noticed it the very next day. Called as instructed to have the flaw fixed. It was like pulling rooted teeth to have it approved by the "owner". There was also a dent in the new sink that came with the countertops. Green Acres came out and replaced the sink only not to install it properly. The sink was not tightened and water has leaked all over the space under the sink causing water damage under the sink.

My wife and I were looking to replace a quartz sink, we came across Green Acres Granite expecting another hard sell for high dollar. They showed us where to get the sink needed at the lowest possible price AND gave us an installation contact! Green Acres made this process easy and affordable and on top of this they got nothing except our thanks and respect. I didn't think customer service and integrity like this still existed but it does, at Green Acres Granite! I recommend these strait shooters to anyone needing granite work! Thank you Green Acres!!

Love my new countertops! Green Acres was professional, timely and efficient. Have had these installed for several months now (photos are shown before reno was finished), and they’ve held up great with the recommended maintenance. Look the same as when we got them installed.

Green Acres Granite had excellent installers and we are pleased with our new countertops. However, Ryan recommended we hire Edwin Perez, "Mr. Backsplash" to install our backsplash. He, was late the two times he came to our home. Once to give us an estimate and the second time to tear out our old backsplash. He asked for $500 deposit in cash. Then the morning he was suppose to come install the backsplash he said he could not come for a week. No consideration for our having taken time off work without pay (for two days). Then he said he would not charge us $300 for changing the date of the installation for the following week, although he changed the date (not us). We tried to get some of our money back since we did not feel we could have him back in our home to complete the job. He refused. We found someone to complete the job for a third of what Mr. Backsplash charges. The second installer did an amazing job and we are very happy with our kitchen. We lost $500, which is a lot for us. I recommend you go to someone else to complete your backsplash.

It took them 3 different measurement trips and 3 different install attempts to finally get it right. So 6 individual trips to my house for a very simple countertop design.Make sure you watch the installers closely and do a very thorough inspection because the crew that initially installed my countertops left a number of errors. Joins were not smooth, poor / inconsistent measurements leaving gaps here and there, etc. When I expressed how disappointed I was, I received no apologies or discounts… but was instead referred to the contract where Green Acres apparently accounts for multiple measurements and installs to get it right.

Everyone was great from start to finish. The installers (Nick and James) were courteous and knowledgeable. Our templater (Bill) had great suggestions and was efficient during the template process. And our Project Manager (Ranee) kept us well informed during the whole process. Would highly recommend Green Acres to others.

I highly recommend Green Acres Granite! I recently had granite countertops installed in the kitchen. From start to finish the whole team did a wonderful job. Ian and Ranee managed the project and Zack and Taylordid a great job with the installation. Everyone was prompt, courteous andprofessional.

From my first contact in the Colorado Springs showroom everything has been quite smooth and professional. Ian and Renae helped explain the different materials. Ian always called to give me time line and let me know if anything in timing was different than planned. Bill was on time and professional as he measured and made template. Nick and James were efficient and very nice in their installation. Fred the plumber that did the reconnecting was great. I really haven’t experienced a glitch in the process. I congratulate you an having an efficient and complete team. I will certainly recommend you to others.
