Alex was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The facility was clean and taken cared of, and compared to other storage facilities, this one is the more reasonably priced. Would highly recommend renting here ☺️

Let me start by saying, no place is perfect. When you deal with a place that is unmanned and open to the public, people do what people do. Tthey break and destroy things. However, this is not the fault of Greenbox. We have always had the best service with GreenBox Storage. They are always accommodating, friendly, and professional. Alex has been fantastic today while we wait on the moving team that forgot us this morning. Our unit is still as we left it. Nothing is broken or missing. Nothing is wet or even dust covered. And we haven't opened the unit in 3 years. I highly recommend Greenbox.

Drew is no longer manager at the facility, one day he just never came back, so all the goodwill he created is gone. The facility is noticeably less clean. No sweeping or cleaning of the bathrooms. Pretty disgusting. Lots of better places to rent, locally.

Alex was really nice and helpful in getting us the perfect unit to store our furniture while we prepare for a long distance move. Facility is very clean and the longer access hours are convenient for us!

This was an outstanding facility. When I first moved in, the manager (Drew) and I discovered the unit I had reserved online was too small, so he quickly changed my reservation to a larger one that was easier to access. We have had our belongings there for a year while we hunted for a house, and my experience has always been excellent, up until the last month. When I I formed them I'd be moving out & would like the final month's prorated (I only needed 4 more days), instead of doing so, the manager asked my to write a review, which I did, and he could knock the other days off of my bill. Despite emailing twice in the last few.weeks, I kept getting notices, and this morning got an overlock notice and a late charge. I've already moved my things out, so it makes no difference to me if they keep it locked for the next century. Facility is good, communication needs some work.

Drew at Greenbox Storage has been incredibly helpful and amazing since the day we moved are things in to the unit. Always clean and super accessible. Great place and highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I had a great experience with Greenbox Storage! The moving truck was super convenient, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Drew, who was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and really made the process smooth. I also appreciated that the bathrooms were available even after business hours. Unlike other storage places I’ve used, where they lock the bathrooms and limit access to the other floors, Greenbox kept theirs open, which was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I’ve just had the best experience over the past four years at Greenbox Self Storage. The facility is managed and run entirely by one man, Drew, who does a great job. The site is always clean, comfortable, and secure. The padded elevators are always operational and there is always a moving cart or pallet jack to use. I will definitely always have a unit here with Drew and Greenbox whenever I need to lease some additional storage space. Thanks a lot, Drew!!

Very happy with our move-in! Good price, clean convenient and comfortable facility at the Centennial location. Drew the manager answered my emails quickly, answered all our questions, and helped coordinate the unload (which included where to park a full-size moving van). Great service!

Drew at Greenbox Self Storage in Centennial is outstanding. He’s an extremely personable guy who truly cares about the start-to-finish experience of customers. From day one, he was transparent and incredibly helpful, always responding quickly to my questions even though I live out of state. Storing my snowboards was a breeze thanks to him. The facility is super clean, affordable, and I never had any issues. Easily the best storage experience I’ve ever had!
