Didn't do business with this location, but I had my truck for sale on different websites, and Leticya from AutoNation Ford Arapahoe reached out to acquire about it. The sale was already pending with a private buyer, but I spoke with Leticya a few times on the phone and she was nothing but kind, very understanding, and had that customer service tone of warmth and pleasantness that you don't get that often these days. Had the private sale not gone through, I would have done business here just because of her. So, this 5 star review is solely for her, and I hope her managers give her some kudos for being excellent!

Was not happy with the service just received on our Ford F150. We brought the car in and waited almost a week and half to find out they could find nothing wrong with the transmission, but that we needed a new battery, which was strange considering our battery was working perfectly when we brought it in----so was the car parked with the lights on? or was a car door left open that drained the battery ?? We did leave instructions that the car seemed to have transmission issues when it was at a full stop, and then accelerating, however their test was to drive the car on I25---a bit different than the concern we had expressed..also we were told, other than needing new battery that we also needed a new blinker bulb---but were never given an estimate for that repair---and that was after the car had been left a the dealership for 8 business days. Not a happy consumer.

Isaiah and Joseph are solid guys! They really know how to make the car-buying process smooth and easy. They kept things professional, made me laugh, and helped me get into a 2020 Tacoma with an awesome deal. The finance team was also great — super helpful and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I bought a vehicle from AutoNation Ford Arapahoe sometime back in May. As a whole it wasn'ta bad experience. Anis, the salesman who delivered the vehicle to me, was great. I can't say enough good things about him. But Moe, the salesman I primarily worked with, has not been so great. I was only given one key at the time that I picked up the vehicle due to Anis not being to find it. I followed up with Moe to see if he could get the 2nd key for me. He said he would work on it and I never heard back from him. I called him again maybe a week later, same story, I never heard back from him. After that I tried a few more times but it with the same outcome. The last time I had contact with him was around mid-August. Its now October. I've been busy with my mom fighting breast cancer, busy with life. I don't have time to be following up every week over a key. I would think that's something that wouldn't take months to figure out. For making a $55,000 purchase with them I would expect better customer service.

My husband and I have purchased several cars and trucks from AutoNation (formerly Groove) Ford, Arapahoe. We keep going back there because everyone there is nice. Arcadious is usually our salesman because he is genuine, not that others aren't, we just clicked with him and he is amazing! Taelor in finance is also absolutely wonderful! I have to add that Elke is the best receptionist/general organization guru!
We really do appreciate all of the people there. Always honest, reliable and sincere. The whole dealership does what they can to ensure satsfied customers.

It was making a truck purchase very easy. Rick was great! Sales manager was great. Finance manager was great. Definitely the easiest truck purchase I have ever experienced in my life.
