We went to the Centennial location because we needed help picking out interior paint colors. We only recently learned that some Guiry's locations have design consultants to help. Jules and Jacinda were very helpful and patient with us and we are happy with their color suggestions.

Terrible attention and bad service, they made me lose 2 days of work, I did not lose the service because the client already knows the quality of our services, but the paint that they prepared more than 3 times was not correct, nor was the quality. It was 5 gallons which did not solve the problem. The experience was very frustrating, plus 5 trips to the store waiting for a solution and they always had a different excuse but they didn't prepare it for the paint. In the end, the client prefers to accept a similar color to be able to finish the projector.

This place is great! Friendly, helpful staff. They have a great selection of paint samples for way cheaper than anywhere else.

I didn’t know until I arrived that the art department doesn’t open until 8:30am, an hour and a half after the paint department. It would be convenient if both sets of hours were posted on google to not waste the gas.
Otherwise, I really like coming here for supplies

There's no management in the morning. I'm here at 7 am and there's one guy. I have work to do and have to wait while this guy is mixing paint for Mexico.

Rich is always awesome and extremely knowledgeable, he called in my Old Masters stain formula, cross checked it, made sure it was correct as things have changed from 15 years ago. He's an asset to Guirys. We could've just went to town on a very expensive brand new job and gotten into a big mess, but Thanks to Rich's knowledge we're safe. You can't get this sort of proactive diligence at the competitors, and frankly most other Guirys associates. Rich is truly Unique.

Very disappointing experience. We were not informed that there was a restocking fee for certain products which does not include shipping fees. When this was brought to our attention we voiced to the person assisting us that we should’ve been told that this was the scenario prior to purchasing so we could make educated decisions. The woman helping us return the item told us that they only write it on the box and don’t tell us because “they don’t make enough money and so they have to get it elsewhere”, therefore implying that this is a scam guiry’s intentionally uses. Overall very shocked and disappointed by the customer service.

What a disappointment! Rude, unhelpful, condescending Store Manager. Some customer training is loooong overdue. I felt slighted by this gum chewing, chip-on-his shoulder Paint Shop Manager that was supposedly there to help ME! Am NOT COMING BACK.
