Guitar Center Englewood offers a huge selection of amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, and more from top brands. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and provides phenomenal customer service, making customers feel important and valued. They are passionate about music and the arts. However, the store can be quite messy with unbearable noise from people trying instruments, and there is often a lot missing in the stock of items like cables. While prices are reasonable and they tend to have what customers need, the customer service speed is frequently described as atrocious with rarely a sense of urgency.

Rhyan from the drum dept was extremely helpful with troubleshooting an issue I had with an Alesis e-kit computer and immediately detected the problem and fixed it on the spot! Excellent, competent customer service! Thanks dude!
