Brought my wife today and she fell in love with the wide selection. It was her first time in a home goods store. I couldn’t believe the deals we found. We both walked out of here with a big smile!

The customer service was shockingly horrible. I had to get a really specific item for my son's school he said they had it at this site. Get there about the time they open and go up to the register the lady was nice but not helpful. I show her the very specific item and she just tells me to go to the art area which is huge. Another guy working by her no other customers around wasn't helpful either. Go to the art area searching for item for 15 minutes calling my son to see if he knows what area more specifically as I'm doing that at least 4-5 people passed by me stocking not one asked if they could help me. I was not a happy camper at that point and went back to the register to see if they could find someone to help me or look up my item on a machine like they have at say target. They apparently didn't have that anyway she called someone everything seemed like a chore go back in the area again to wait for the person a women stocking standing by me after sever minutes ask me who I was looking for see was the person instead of being there attentive trying to help the customer it a bit of a cat and mouse game. Finally got what needed a 15 minutes trip took 45 minutes. I'll go back If I have to but know what to expect.

My husband and I are absolutely impressed by a talented team in custom framing department. Shane, Cheryl, Lenice, Thank you very much for all of your hard work. We have been working with many other custom framing shops, including the high end custom framing shops, and quality of the frames and professionalism of these wonderful people have exceeded our expectations. Wonderful craft store! It’s huge and covers just about everything you could possibly need, but it’s SO big that employees often don’t know where different items are located so you’re left wandering the store (which is fine if you have the time, there’s a lot to see!) Also be warned that they /still/ don’t take apple pay in 2025, so dig out those old wallets and dust off the plastic card

Hobby Lobby sells a food warmer for $16 that is absolutely AMAZING. All other travel food warmers were $30-$80 & a couple of them barely worked. I would recommend this to everyone but especially those that have to be in an automobile for a long period of time. I can even pore my coffee in it to heat it up.

Huge store with tons of offerings! The employees never seem to know where things are located so you might get a little lost, but they have everything!! They also still don’t take tap pay in 2025 so be sure to bring a physical card with you. Hoping they get their systems updated in the new year!
