Worked with Ben recently to get my insurance transferred after a move. I had a ton of questions, and he was able to answer every single one of them. Not only that, but he was super friendly and personable. Great experience all around, definitely recommend.

Ben was amazing to work with. Filled out paperwork the night before and Ben called me the next morning to review. Was pleasant to speak to, got to know me and my insurance needs. This office was really good to me, especially Ben! He always looked into my questions and would keep me updated. If Ben wasn’t available, someone always followed-up on his behalf. I really appreciate the Ben dedicated when I needed my premium payment adjustments looked into. He empathized and agreed with what I saw. But, then his delivery method to explain the why was in terms I understood. Thanks for taking care of me and my insurance needs.

Alec Fox was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Spent multiple hours across multiple days walking me through what coverage I was paying for, why it's recommended for certain protection. He seemed to just be very explanatory and not forcing me one way or the other just offering information and ultimately letting me decide on the best coverage.

Very helpful with the whole process! We spent almost three hours on the phone going over everything in detail so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. Also, the price was the best for our home insurance. This was after getting several other quotes. We would highly recommend anyone shopping for insurance to at least give them a call.

Just moved the auto and home insurance policies back to State Farm and I was quoted the best price as compared to the previous insurance company that kept increasing the premiums every 6 months with no explanations. I am grateful to Dallas for making this an easy transition with one phone call!

“Dallas” Kelly Burns did a bait and switch on my new homeowner’s policy. After an on-site inspection of my home, Kelly said something about my basement - that my premium would be increased by approximately $40.00 per month. Why does this type of mistake never come out in favor of the client?
