I have nothing but problems with this bank, I’m supposed to have a keybank hassle free account thats not supposed to go into overdraft yet it still does and nobody had a real answer for why its like that even though that is their sales pitch?

**Manager Jenny PROFILES people**I walked in to cash a check from my mother in law for work I did for her. Upon entering Jenny walks out of her office, looks me up and down, then asked me into her office and I explained I needed to cash a check. She asked if I had an account, I said no. She then rapid-fire in 3 different ways asks/tells me why I need an account there. 2 times I was polite. By the 3rd it was getting rude so I asserted that I was simply here to cash the check. I was then asked for my SSN and telephone. I should've given a fake one, but she claimed it was for "security purposes". Y'all this chick spent 5 minutes IN FRONT OF ME, I COULD CLEARLY SEE HER SCREEN, looking up all my info in multiple systems in her computer to see if I owed them any money so she didn't have to help me. She also then began quizzing me about my relationship to the check writer, as if she personally knows them. She says "You've never cashed a check here or for her before? Why now?"LMFAO cash my check please. The she gives me back my ID and personal info that she needed for "security purposes" and begins to walk away with the check. As she walks away, she says"OH, $7.50 charge to cash the check" and keeps walking.I just laughed at this point. I am not stupid. I know what you were doing. You didn't write my info on the check. It wasn't for security. There is a reason you have a 2.5 rating.So SHE DID NOT DISCLOSE THE FEES PRIOR TO CASHING THE CHECK.I gather the $, ask if I can use the bathroom. The Manger says no, it's for customers only lol.P.S Despite my heavily tattooed appearance and dyed hair, I bank at ROCKY MOUNTAIN LAW ENFORCEMENT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION.But thanks for profiling me. I will makes sure no one I know ever gives this bank $$. I will be filing a complaint for non disclosure of fee too.P.S. this was all over a $90 check.

Service here was less than stellar but not horrible. I came in to resolve a banking issue and at first was told to go back home and do it myself online. With a shocked look on my face, I asked the representative if he was not knowledgeable enough in his banking duties to help me. He must have understood my discontent and proceeded to go through my account to figure out the problem I was having. After about an hour we did manage to alleviate some of my concerns.

Key Bank is wonderful. Yolanda is top notch. The whole staff is great. I have never received so much attention and care and assistance at a bank. I highly recommend Key and the Smoky/Buckley branch. Thank you

No stars!!! My husband was making large international wire transfer. Was assured timing. Not the truth! Three trips to bank.. three days and three people clueless and unprofessional! They caused me $5,000 in delayed shipping of my horses. Unacceptable! Do not bank here!!!!!!!! Negative stars!!

Will be withdrawing all of my money once its available and choosing a different bank because of this branch.Getting evicted because of a random hold on a check, after I've deposited several checks that didn't have any holds on them.Probably close to 20 checks deposited, and now out of nowhere there's a hold on my check for 5 business days.DONT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could not have been more pleased with the service received at this KeyBank location. My mother passed away and her accounts were with KeyBank in Columbus, OH. Met with Yolanda, Relationship Manager, and she was pleasant, knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns as executor of the estate. She simply made my life less stressful and can't thank her enough.

This branch is the worst!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK. They are liars and have zero skills. Without our permission added me to my husbands account, when I was trying to open a new account I couldn’t because Yolanda added me to his which shows that I already have an account when I don’t. And when the issue was raised to branch manger Jesus he ponded me off to the Executives, instead of owning up to their mistakes and realize their employer needs training on being honest with the customers. It was an easy fix.I will close our accounts and no longer family and friends will bank here.

Amazing bank! Yolanda has amazing customer service and is always happy to help with my issues. My debit card was cracked so she ordered me a new one and when the new ones chip wasn’t working she had a new one sent out right away.
