I had the most wonderful car buying experience here. Joel and Ralph were absolutely amazing and so helpful. It was my first time buying a car and they were so kind and patient. They took the time to explain and educate me on what I was signing/doing. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and kindness. It meant so so much to me.

Sean Lambert was the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He was not pushy at all and made the entire experience comfortable. We took our time trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and he never once made us feel like we needed to purchase NOW like another Honda dealership in Highlands Ranch. We came back to Sean even though the exact car we wanted wasn't on the lot at Holman but he found it for us right away. He also got us the exact accessories we wanted and was able to get us a great price. We couldn't have been happier with the whole buying experience and we will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Sean!

I have to base my rating off of the common car buying experience, so out of all car buying experiences, it was 5/5THE GOOD ?1. Cars were well presented and easy to find on the lot.The staging and physical set up of the dealership is great for browsing the inventory easily.2. Sean Lambert ? was pleasant and professional as a salesman.3. The car was priced well and well documented.4. They gave me a free water bottle5. Car was clean and topped off with gasTHE NOT GOOD STUFF ?1. WebsitePlease make the dealership website better. Out of all dealership sites, this was just above average, but I get so frustrated with the scrolls and clicks that don't work and the unintuitive inventory grouping schemas and menus. Specifically on desktop. Please get the web developer a team or start using Squarespace!2. Personal PrivacyDon't ask me for my "personal email." I gave you an email, that's the one I want you to use. Also, please don't walk off with customer's credit cards as a sales tactic.3. Paper VomitBuying a car can be stressful, there's a lot of signatures, and NONE OF THEM were explained to me adequately.I empathize with dealers (won't someone think of the poor besmirched dealers?!) having to work within the confines of federal, state and county bureaucracy but as a customer, in 2023, it should be digital, blazingly clear, and user friendly, not a hellscape of tiny print mixed with off center photocopies with 1990s stock photos in the background.4. GreeterI get that it's redundant and not a tangible asset to the company, but 2+ salesmen, 2 sales managers, a finance manager, a business manager and a service department is a bit redundant when I walk in and have to find someone sitting in their cubicle to talk to.5. Car delivery assistanceI did not haggle, I did not frustrate, and my experience of having to find a personal solution to getting my new car home seemed to miss the point of being a fully engaged sales process.---? All of this is on the company's top leadership and overall industry complacency.I understand modern middle management culture where the boss steps on the supervisor who steps on the face of the company who the customer complains to and starts the cycle over again. And I say all this with sincerity, if I wanted your business to fail, I would say nothing and watch it hurt more customers.I feel like I was a great customer and provided value both on the transaction, the close and in this review.❤️ps - the guy that was sitting in the lobby the day I purchased the car was loudly proclaiming how he used to work at the Federal Reserve and now does business consulting (like I just did for free) at a rate of $300 an hour. All I'm asking for is a meeting of minds and commitment to improve.

Excellent, fast, and professional service. The technician made a great inspection video and Jonathan was an excellent service writer! He gave me all of the information that I requested in a very timely manner and ensured that communication with his customer (myself) was a priority. Excellent service!

I have noticed a subtle change since Holman took over Kuni Honda. Upon arrival I have to wait longer before someone comes to wait on me. They seem to be short staffed or not as concerned about greeting customers to at least let them know that an advisor will be assisting them shortly. Everything else was fine and I appreciate that my Advisor Jeffrey offered to have my car washed. He was very nice and pleasant to work with. But PLEASE tell the mechanics to not soil the fabric interior .

Ashley was the best salesperson we've ever worked with. We felt like we got the deal we wanted without any pressure. Ashley went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and she showed us a lot of attention and consideration when we were waiting. The only thing that we would like is that her next sales trophy be less aggressive.

They kept me hydrated with cold bottled water while business was being conducted. Salesman was personable but I was very knowledgeable about that particular truck so he didn’t have much opportunity to show off his salesmanship. The finance manager was awesome. He found me a 6.99% loan, beating my credit Union rate. Then he got me an extended time coverage for my low miles driving. Took time with me and explained with data which my analytical mind appreciated.Holman Honda took good care of me. They were looking out for me and my particular circumstances. The finance manager is incredibly knowledgeable about his car industry, was personable and made me feel comfortable immediately. He’s the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. (11 vehicles). I’m confident in the decisions I made during the closing process because he provided me the information needed to make a fully informed decision. Can’t say enough good things about him.

We had a great experience at Holman Honda getting our new CR-V! Sean Lambert was magnificent and took care of us in a friendly and professional manner. He applied zero pressure and made sure we were completely comfortable with every aspect of the purchasing process. Will send friends to him!

Would avoid this dealership. Really. They messed up the payment, called us later and then demanded that we drive across town to fix their problem. They lied about insurance for the windshield of our Honda, saying that normal insurance would not cover a damaged windshield. Sale was in cash but they made us wait for hours to finish the process. And title person didn't mail the work in for over a month after it was due to the DMV (violation of law), and so we had to go through the process of getting an additional temporary plate. Very, very poor customer service.

My last 2 services did not match each others, leading me to believe and not feel that my vehicle is getting the services supposedly performed or needing to be done to keep me safe. Specifically service performed 6 months ago, I was told I needed a new battery which I never replaced and this service battery is fine. Due to discrepancies I had 2 other places check battery and it is fine. Service 6 months ago recommended brake fluid flush, which I then performed myself, and current service still recommended brake fluid flush, tech on video stating because of the day last performed at your location but also stated that it wasn’t a clear golden color but clearly looks clear and golden in your video. Tech states that tires need rotating due to uneven wear, due to all discrepancies I had 2 places double check and all tires are wearing the same no rotation needed. Tech left part to my cabin filter on my passenger side floor after checking the filter. Also service 6 months ago you supposedly performed a differential service, when I left your location the light was off yet current oil change reminder the same code popped up, now with my other issues I do not feel as if the service was ever really done. I will end with my last video the tech went so fast that I couldn’t even see that everything he was saying was fine so how could he even tell it was actually fine, felt very rushed to be a thorough check to keep me safe !?!

The service was alright. I had lug nuts on all four tires changed since they were wore out on my vehicle back in July. Although, the charge for the battery replacement was a bit much. I took it to a place that can install them for a much lower price.

The collision center is horrible. Dropped my car off for repairs and was quoted 2-3 weeks finish time. It’s been 5. No communication to even update or inform me that it will take longer. It seems they do an estimate much lower than the actual cost of repairs. If they did more than just look at my car they might have gotten a much more accurate estimate. They have now cost me more than $500 in traveling because they didn’t keep their promise of finishing on time. Still no calls or messages even though I’ve called them multiple times. They have a warranty on the repairs but if their work is like their customer service I’m sure I will have to bring it back to have them fix the repairs they’re doing.

We came in a few days prior looking to test drive a CRV hybrid. The keys were given to us and we have our IDs and insurance. Then we were told go ahead, no time limit, no person from the dealership in the car. We didn’t get that treatment anywhere else. Leasing the car was easy and fast and we got our deal we wanted with barely any back and forth. Truly an amazing place and our sales agent was an amazing standup guy.

Holman Honda, what can I say? You go into the dealership to speak with a salesperson about a lease option. Their own website advertises an HR-V LX (base model) for $229/month with $3,999 down. After speaking with Emilio, who has been with Holman for 5 years and in the business for 25+ according to him. After showing him his own dealerships lease offer, he proceeded to tell me that the $229/month, $3,999 down was just not possible due to all the fees attached. Emilio then tried to tell me that the dealerships lease deal was $249/month with $5,000 down, the nationwide Honda lease deal is $249/month with $4,000 down. The best quote Emilio could offer me was $475/month with $4,000 down. Over double what is advertised! I understand that title, license and registration fees are a thing and will increase overall payment, but these do not equal double the monthly payment that is advised, especially if you are willing to pay these fees upfront! This is downright false advertisement! I understand that fees are always a part of any purchase and that there are exclusions in the disclaimer, but if this is not an attainable price, then it should not be advertised as such, this is what makes it false advertising. When speaking with Emilio, he insulted my current vehicle by saying he didn't realize it could go up to X miles and still be driveable. I left this appointment, feeling incredibly disrespected and insulted, but also lied to. I made the appointment with the assumption that the advertised offer was attainable. Not only was my current vehicle insulted by the comment on the mileage and the trade-in value, but I also felt like I was being incredibly disrespected and that my intelligence was being insulted. I am a very educated women, and if a certain payment option is not attainable, then it should not be advertised. If it had been disclosed that the offer was not attainable, I would not have wasted an hour speaking with Emilio and an hour of commute time driving to this dealership in rush hour traffic. Do not do business with Holman Honda they will rip you off and they will speak to you underhandedly and try to pressure you into putting a deposit down on a vehicle that is not even on the lot. I will never go back to this dealership and will never interact with Emilio again.Attached are pictures of lease offers from Holman Hondas website and the nationwide Honda website

This collision center is horrible. They don't do a thorough estimate on your repairs or even update you when they're running way behind on the repairs. I was told 2-3 weeks to fix my vehicle and now it's been 4. Plus it will be another week or more before they get all the parts in. How about you don't start repairs until you get all parts in stock!?
