LuBo's is one of our favorite pizza and Italian food places in the greater Denver area! The atmosphere is Bar/Casual, perfect for a spontaneous night out, but the food and service are the stars of the show! There must be 10 pizza joints between LuBo's and our house, some are pretty good, but we drive to our favorite when we "need" Italian specialties!

Great pizza, what we don't eat, we freeze then defrost it and reheat it in the toaster

Calzones are the best in Denver-Metro area! My wife and I have been going there years. A wonderful local pizza place where the food is always great and the staff have been there for many years. They never disappoint and I highly recommend their football-sized Calzones

I almost didnt want to write this review because I want to keep it as a secret as long as possible. But, with their dining room consistently filled and orders for take-out always going, I guess the secret is out.Best pizza, hands down (coming from a New Yorker). Finally had the chance to try their homemade pasta dishes, all were fantastic and generous portions so we have lunch for tomorrow. Garlic knots are perfect, get the 10 piece order. Cheesecake is delicious, dense, and flaky.Family owned, affordable, and I hope they stay around for a long time.

Real NY pizza. Reminds me of the mom and pop pizza shops I've been to in NYC. 10/10 will eat here again soon.

It’s funny how Coloradoans think they know NY pizza. This place has good pizza. The cheese tastes like NYC pizza cheese. The dough is softer along the crust, which is what you get in the Western US. The sauce tastes like NYC sauce, but with more salt in it, which I love. In NYC many people find the sauce in pizzas to be understated. So they add salt on top of the cheese along with things like Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and red hot chilly pepper flakes. I would totally just add more salt to the sauce like these guys do. I would rate this pizza above NYC pizza.

The closest food to NYC that I can get in Colorado. The sauce here is amazing. The pizza, the meatballs, the garlic knots, the eggplant parmigian... Everything here is amazing. The service is great, your glass is always full. I've been coming here for 15 years.

Anytime I'm jonesing for a taste of NYC (lived in lower Manhattan for a few years) I order here. Affordable, delicious, good vibe, and staff always asks how my day is going, (NOT NY curt attitude), lol.
