Really bad customer service,
One of them was a manager and behaved very rude with customers as she was the owner of marshals.

Cleanest tidyest Marshall's I've ever seen. Lots of stuff on the shelves and organized. I've been to other Marshall's in tougher neighborhoods and they are ransacked and destroyed. Unfortunately the poorer the area, the poorer the stores are treated.

Always more expensive than TJ. Its funny bcuz most shoppers will go to TJ, Marshalls, Ross type of stores n if they r not blind or stupid they will see the prices. Just a cpl of weeks ago same item in TJ at University & Iliff was a dollar less than Marshalls. I hv noticed that years ago so i rarely shop at Marshalls. I may go n browse but not shop. Also they pack the racks too much. It is very cumbersome to look through
I generally dont like their store set ups n merchandising skills. Over all Marshalls is not one of my favorite or frequently shopping stores only occasional browsing.

I couldn't find anything in this store. The way it was organized wasn't bad, things were just all put together. I couldn't find anyone to ask for assistance.

I haven’t been into a Marshall’s in maybe 15 years…. I was very impressed with this one! It by far beat my expectations!

The collection of items were great. What wasn’t great was our experience with the cashier there. We had a total bill of $250 and the woman, apparently from Singapore, kept pushing us to get their TJmaxx credit card. Despite us denying so much to not sign up for one, she didn’t go ahead to pack our stuff and hand it over to us. She just kept pushing so much. And when we asked her if it was a soft pull, she said “YES”. It’s not cool to not respect a no from the customer. Didn’t like her at all.

Was in today and noticed a woman putting out Halloween stuff already, so I asked about when they were gonna be putting out the pet Halloween items. She went above and beyond and went in the back and brought out the Halloween pet toys that were not put out yet and let me look, all with a smile on her face. Great service. Thank you again.

Crowded and clothes and items all over the place and picked through. Things weren't organized and it felt dirty in there. Marshall's has gone down hill and I prefer Sierra.
