Everyone involved was patient and knowledgeable. They helped us out by taking care of about half of the labor costs and added an additional discount on top of that. They gave me an estimated time of completion at 4 o'clock but were done early at 3. I'm grateful for their help as i had a very sudden car issue and got me in immediately.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a car maintenance shop. I am not joking.
- Christian was an incredibly kind person; he was very personable, went down the entire inspection results with me one by one, ensure I understood what each item meant, and truly made me feel like a friend instead of a customer.
- Elijiah, one of the mechanics, was an incredibly kind person as well & had the best vibes.
- Last, but certainly not least, all the repairs were completed extremely quickly & the prices were amazing.
I will 100000000% be back. Excellent job! Keep it up!!!! Y’all provide hope that car mechanic shops can actually treat a customer well without making them feel slighted, bless y’all!

It always happens on a Sunday afternoon, doesn’t it? Traveling back to Pueblo, we noticed a screw in our tire, luckily still holding pressure. Miles and Ethan were absolutely phenomenal and went the extra mile to get the screw out and got us back on the road quickly on a late Sunday when all other places were either closed or completely booked until Monday. They’ve earned a customer for life! Thank you!!

Micah has consistently provided excellent customer service. He offers fair prices and honest advice. Recently, he identified an issue with my transmission code, enabling me to take my vehicle to the dealership and have it repaired under warranty. I truly appreciate his expertise and support.

Technician recommended me buying my own parts and have them do the work to save some money. I purchased $1100 in parts only for them to tell me they wouldn’t do it. Manager stated “it must’ve been my new guy that told you that”. Will not be back

CAUTION….. If you like your money taken from you, then Midas will be happy to be the company to take it. When I got my maintenance inspection and oil change from my dealership three months ago, my dealership told me my rotors needed to be resurfaced and they would do them, but would had to schedule me in. With my dealership being further away, I decided to call Midas near my home to see if they resurfaced rotors which they told me they did and scheduled me an appointment the following business day. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told that they no longer resurfaced Rotors. I waited for the manager to come in and he said they would resurfaced since I was told that they would and to give them an hour. I went home and after an hour, I called up to Midas to see The status of when my service and when it would be completed. I was told the technician was having troubles with resurfacing my rotors, but instead of telling me they could not complete the job. They called me back and said my car was ready and charged me $250 or $300. With the short drive from Midas to my home I felt no difference. I continue driving my vehicle still feeling a small vibration thinking that was common as that was the impression I was given. I went for my next maintenance inspection and oil change today with my dealership. The advisor then told me I still need to get my rotors resurfaced. When I told them that Midas did it three months ago, my service advisor suggested that I call Midas because my rotors were not resurfaced or Not done correctly. When I called Midas, they told me that they do not warranty their resurfacing of rotors and that it’s common for it to not last because my rotors are thinner now. Midas website states differently and says Midas will warranty the resurface of rotors by the lifetime as you own your vehicle. Per my dealership and what I read resurfacing of rotors should last at least 30,000 to 70,000 miles, not 3k miles that I drove. Now I’m face to file a report with Better Business Bureau, the attorney general office of Colorado and seek legal advice. Just be cautious on who you use.
