The MyEyeDr buyout really ran this place into the ground.I've been coming here for 15+ years and never felt invaluable as a patient til the new ownership. These corporations will NEVER be able to fill in the shoes of the small biz offices they replace. They can't even access my old patient files without giving me the runaround.I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Get your Rx glasses anywhere else!I could not be more disappointed by the quality of the prescription lenses I've received (now twice) from MyEyeDr, and I will never have them fill an eyewear prescription again!Several months ago I began to notice stress fractures in my lenses, but I did not bring them in because they did not seem to be getting significantly worse, choosing to wait until my annual eye exam.At the time of my exam (I waited over an hour from my appointment before I was seen by the doctor BTW), I presented the fractured lenses to the optometrist/associate who verified there was no way the fractures were from customer abuse and that they were due to stress from improper lens manufacturing/fitting my frames and it just took time for the stress fractures to develop. The associate showed the lenses to the Manager, and she said they would not be covered under the warranty because it was so close to a year. I was forced to pay for new lenses which I did not really need, as my prescription had not changed! Had I not had to use my eye insurance benefit on new lenses, I would have purchased prescription sunglasses, instead. Several other associated verified that the stress fractures were due to no mistreatment but improper manufacturing and fitting, and they still would not cover them within a year of my order! All they offered was to price match on the contacts I'd planned to order, which they would have done anyway!New lenses were ordered (because I had no other choice than to replace the fractured lenses), and when I came into pick them up today, they also were not made correctly. Three weeks later, I still have no glasses! I have no faith that this business will make things right, that the new lenses (now the third ones) will not have the same problems and that the company will stand behind them! Buyer beware!!! Have your eyewear Rx filled somewhere else!

We have been going to this location for 10 plus years. Since MyEyeDr. took over, things have gotten worse and worse every time. They just dont care any more to be helpful at all.

Agreed Don't Go HereAfter waiting a half hour for help, I placed an order to have some lens in a pair of glasses replaced on 8/10/23. This order was quoted at 2 weeks. As of 9/21 nothing. I have no idea where my property is no one has any answers. I've called the office as well as their so called "Patient Relations department" and another 10 days later still no substantiated response. My $250 Rayban frames are likely lost but what do I know. I've been going here for several years and now that MyEyeDr has taken over, the place has gone way down hill. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where, I know I am.

The Doctors are fine, the selection of glasses is sufficient, the staff are pleasant, but boy oh boy if you run into a delay or issue, be prepared to wait endlessly and they will not go out of their way to find a creative solution. I paid for the damage insurance for my glasses and sure enough six months later, my glasses got crushed. I went in and was told 1-2 weeks. It has now been around 5 weeks and there apparently is no availability of the frame with the factory. I get that supply issues happen, but there has been no offer to let me choose a different frame or any other remedy. The only answer answer has been to wait. Rachel has been very kind and considerate, but its still does not resolve the problem. I have no glasses. 5 weeks is not a realistic time-frame. A normal customer-focused solution would be, "We are so sorry, due to a situation out of our control, your frames are no longer available. We will let you choose an alternate frame up to the same cost. We will rush these for you." I will update this review if this situation is effectively resolved.Update: 9/19: The manager called and explained the delay, which was largely attributed to a technical issue in how the order was placed followed by no one recognizing the issue. The manager explained that staffing issues are not allowing the location to properly resolve customer service issues. They said they would rush the order to the extent possible, but still offered no timeline of when the glasses would be ready.Update 9/20: Central customer service called and put a $50 credit on my account for future use and apologized for the delay.

Don't go here!This used to be a great company to do business with but since MyEyeDoctor took over it is a MESS.About a month ago I had an appointment. For some reason no one could figure out my United Vision Insurance to order my contacts after my visit.They told me that they would look into what my insurance would cover and get back to me so that I could place my order. After a week of no contact, I called and asked them if they could let me know what my price was or if I could order my contacts.They could not answer this seemingly simple question but they said that they would look at it and get back to me that day.No one called.For FOUR weeks, I have called them at least once a week and asked them what is going on and every time they tell me that they will look into it and get right back to me.I am currently out of contacts!My EyeDr is just another example of a company that undertrains and underpays their employees while raising prices. Basically they just extract value from high performance companies like the optometrist that existed before MyEyeDr.I have ask them to send me my records so that I can find a new optometrist. I can only imagine how long that will take.As a society we need to stop doing business with companies like this!!

One more time this organization messed up my computer and diving/distance prescription. I have experienced bad dizziness and gone to multiple specialists trying to figure out what’s going on so I decided to call and have the optometrist check these two pair of glasses. The new doctor verified no only the lab changed the prescription but the glasses were never inspected before I picked them up.Their excuse “we are a big corporation and we are going through some changes”I will never recommend this place at all!!!

My 3 kids and I have attended MyEyeDr for over a year now. We have been impressed with their attention to details and needs during their eye exams. Dr. Cierra Schmicker is an awesome doctor. She walked my kids through all the tools and actions that she is doing and why. She has the best "chairside manner". I highly recommend her especially if you have kiddos.

This review reflects ONLY of the optical department. I ordered glasses on June 30th, 2023. I was promised to get them back on July 14th. I received no update throughout the process. I called 3 times, all 3 I was promised a callback. Never received one. On Friday, July 21st, right before the office closed, I got a voicemail letting me know my glasses were lost and I needed to call to re-start the process. Needless to say , my son also got his glasses done, was also promised July the 14th and they came back with a defect that is only visible when using transitions. Now, we have to go back and perhaps send those back. I called today , July 24th and was told a Manager would call me back to discuss the process after I demanded a refund, which most likely will not happen. I am down over $300.00 dollars, 4 weeks after ordering glasses and I can't even get them at an additional place because this place marked my glasses as done and now VSP will not cover my claim. No one is taking responsibility. I have been going to this place for over 10 years and now, I leave with my 4 family members. This place is going downhill fast. I have emailed patients relations twice and received 0 response. I sure hope I can get my money back.

I have gone here for years. Dr. Uddin is amazing. He has helped me, my husband, and my mom. The optical staff has always been the best, and I have received excellent customer service. I live further away now than I would like, but I still drive the distance because it's worth it. I am thankful for the care my family has received.

I have been a patient at this location for over 6 years and have had zero complaints until my annual visit back in January. Dr. Uddin is great, but it is now May and I am still waiting to receive my new glasses that I ordered - in January. I have not only called several times over the last 4 months, but I've been promised that I would receive my glasses back in March, and then April, and now I show up in May and I'm told they never arrived. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told to wait for a manager who hasn't been available the last two times I've showed up. I am so frustrated and at a loss, I just want my money back at this point, I feel defrauded. I've wasted hours of my time and am made to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes every time I call to check on my order status. The online portal has not worked for me even after the front desk staff said they verified my on file information for it. This is so crazy I don't understand but I will not be returning.

This review is for the optical department only. I have no issues with the doctors and techs there.Ever since they’ve been bought out by myeyedr, everything seems to have gone downhill. They are very pushy with trying to sell us glasses, even when the optometrist recommended we wait. But, once they take your money, there’s no accountability and customer service ends there. We ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter about 6 weeks ago. Usually it takes 2 (at the most 3 weeks) and that’s what I was told. 4 weeks in we haven’t heard anything back so I called and they said there is some issue with my glasses at the lab but it should be just 1 more weeks. Well, as of today, 2 additional weeks passed (6 weeks from ordering) and still nothing. I called around 8:30am and they said they’ll call me right back. Called again 11:30 and waited almost 20 min but they said they’re assisting other customers. Called again after 4pm and finally someone looked into the order and found out that lab had our lens but the frames were originally sent to the clinic. There were no communication between lab and clinic and definitely not to me. Lab was just waiting for frames to arrive. They obviously didn’t really look into it when I called 2 weeks ago and now say it’ll be another week before they’ll be ready since they have to send the frames to the lab. Furthermore, they never acknowledged their mistake nor apologized. The optical department was too busy to give me the courtesy of a phone call back. They’re too busy trying to sell new glasses to on site customers. This is so disappointing as I have been buying glasses for my 4 family members there for over 4 years. I’ll continue seeing Dr. Uddin and his team but will be getting my glasses elsewhere. If I could give them a 0, I would.

It has been over a month and still have not received my correct contacts. Initially they weren't ordered, then I showed up in person and wrong contacts ordered. Still waiting on correct lenses and getting the run around. No one I can contact to resolve my issue. Out several hundred dollars.

I have been going to this eye clinic for over 25 years. They changed.ownership and the name now is My eye doctor. Not my eye doctor any more. Worse quality lenses and worse customer service. Please save yourselves the frustration and find a reputable eye clinic.
