Amber was so helpful. Even though my insurance was no longer in their network , she went out of her way to make sure I got some help somewhere else. She’s a keeper!

It’s been 6 months since we ordered parts for my wife’s wheelchair and they still haven’t been ordered. Communication with this company is horrible. If you want anything done at all you have to call constantly and stay on top of it. We’re starting the whole process over with another company.
