  Everyone I met at Pearle Vision was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. My experience at Pearle Vision was far better than the last place I went for an eye exam and glasses.

  I've only ever been here and Look optical. And this place sucks compared.. my glasses hurt my eyes, and I spent about $150 for them to have to send glasses to me in the mail, not to mention the glasses feel very cheap, are dirty, and don't fit right. I could've gone to Look Optical to get a better pair for FREE for being a Medicaid patient and leave same day WITH my glasses.. so yeah this place kinda sucks.👎🏻 Only the lady's who work there are nice. 🤷‍♀️ Only reason they get 2 stars from me.

  Wonderful service. We've been coming to this location for years and it continues to grow and improve. Brandon was wonderful to work with. The level of customer service proved was amazing definitely 1000%.

  Dr. Hamilton and her team are super helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend coming to this pearle vision location for your yearly eye exams! They’re also open on weekends which is nice.

  The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am always taken care of and they make sure I am happy with my glasses and are accurate in what I need. Been going there a few years now.

  I paid 450 for my sunglasses. And sold a lifetime warranty on the frames. Which was a lie. Please don't shop at these overpriced liars establishments. There are many cheaper places including online.

  Made an appointment. They were able to see me rather quickly when my work schedule was open. Dr. Mostert solved for me an issue I've had with contact lenses. I am in my 40s. My near sighted vision is now becoming an issue for not being able to read my phone, etc. I got it worked out! Thrilled! Brandon was great.to suggest deals for ordering glasses and lenses. Didn't catch the name of the amazing woman who did my initial intake, but she was very thorough and didn't waste any time. Great place. Reasonable pricing. Great experience.

  The entire staff is super friendly and professional. From the eye exam, picking out glasses, to picking them up— the team were very friendly and helpful. The eye exam was quick and efficient, yet it didn’t feel rushed.
  
  Grabbing new glasses was super fun! It didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me. They listened to me when I told them what I liked, and I ended up choosing a pair recommended to me.
  
  They told me an estimate of when they would be ready, and they were accurate. Picking them up was super quick as well, but they made sure I liked them and they fit perfectly.

  Honestly super disappointed. I know what my insurance covers. I knew it had been around a year since I last had my appointment. They failed to let me know that it had not been a year and my insurance hadn’t been renewed. I should have known better when I had a $0 co pay. But the eye exam felt like they didn’t know what was going on or what to do. My prescription is better than it was a year ago apparently? Hard to believe. And when they sat me down to buy glasses, they failed again to tell me that my insurance wouldn’t cover what I knew it would because it hadn’t been a year. Seemed like they were trying to make a quick buck. And if they weren’t aware about the insurance thing, then do better.

  They constantly try to sell you medically unnecessary products and services. Even though it’s close to my house, I finally left after they refused to serve me if I wouldn’t do pupil dilation (or their higher priced alternative), which is not supported by evidence for someone my age (ie, under 60). They tried to sell my 17-year old daughter >$1000 “treatment” for dry eyes (which everyone has sometimes). Another time they sold us expensive soap and water for washing our eyelids. The place is a greedy racquet and when you question it they rudely and falsely claim these sales are in your best interest. There are a lot of eye care places that care more about their patients than maximizing profit. I’m now going to one of those.

  I’m not one to normally post a review of an eye exam office, but figured while I was booking my yearly I would. Last year I came in for a regular eye exam. The doctor was very thorough and the glasses staff was super helpful and understanding as it was my first time needing glasses!
  
  What blew me away though was how detailed the doctor was with inspecting my eyes, so detailed that she suspected I may have had a torn retina and I needed to be seen by a retinal specialist asap. The office arranged everything, getting me referred to the surgeon with an appointment for the next day where they did confirm a tear and I had surgery days later to repair!
  
  I never expected something like that to come out of a normal eye exam, nonetheless at a Pearle Vision! But it just goes to show how great the doctors are here, they truly care about the patient and that experience showed that. Will definitely be back!
