“Amazing customer service from everyone I've had to talk to here... and it was at least 7-9 people throughout the process. (How can EVERY single one be great?!)

My complex Rx was being transferred from another compounding pharmacy to Strive, but my provider had to onboard with them before starting the prescription. The reason I changed was a huge price difference from the original pharmacy; Strive customer service provided a quote before this whole process took place.

Now, this did take a while... But, being a new patient from a provider not currently set up with Strive, I knew there would be delays and extra steps. I didn't realize it would be this long, but again, customer service was such a high level that every time I called, I got a real person, and I never felt overlooked or rushed with questions or concerns. I really wish I could remember every single person's name that helped me and list it here. They deserve the praise.

Then, after everything was finally set up, it happened to be a Friday morning, and they said they would try their best to fill it before closing for the weekend. The Rx was a 90-day supply of a complex compound for pain management for a very specific condition, so I really wasn't expecting it to be possible, but I've been literally hurting waiting to get it refilled... and Zachary & CO came through.

On Friday, minutes before they were scheduled to close, they were able to compound and set just enough of the Rx to get me through the weekend until the rest of the 90-day Rx will be completed next week. Most places would say it couldn't be done, and rightfully so, but you guys went the extra mile.

It was very personal and professional service and beyond the scope of what other pharmacies have done for me. I greatly appreciate the few people who were left working this last Friday at the last minute for me. It saved me a lot of pain over the weekend.

So, even with the longer period to get onboarded and communication between my provider and Strive, and all the speed bumps along the way (expected and not expected), solid 5 stars for all the help through the process and finally getting everything in the place it needed to be to be able to fill my Rx.

Great price, excellent customer service, and a quality compounded prescription. As long as I need this Rx and if I need any further compounded Rxs, I'll be using Strive.

“I always find it interesting when Google reviews range from 1-5. After looking at the most recent reviews it is apparent to me the turnover of new management at VPI and the woes that come along with this.I signed up , as a provider, almost a year ago. I have used several other compounding pharmacies in CO and know there are many options nationwide. I was referred to VPI by a trusted provider/colleague who had done business with them, for several years.My experience with them has been very good. No one is perfect. Emails are responded to with in 24 hours for questions that either myself or my patients have. I have left VM for VPI pharmacist and gotten a response based on what I needed (urgent or can wait)I have had several challenges, due to a complex patient panel, that have required stopping a delivery ASAP . The VPI pharmacist (I asked for ASAP) called me back within an hour and harm was averted.There have been a few billing concerns but these have been resolved with a phone call to Beth. My patients have contacted me with concerns and I have intervened as needed (not often- maybe twice) . Problem resolved.The VPI Pharmacists are a delight to talk to and offer education in regards to peptides, compounding, and common practice. Brian and I have had some in depth conversations that have helped shape my further research and practice.Social media can make or break a locally owned company. Sad to see that other providers and clients, whom have used VPI for years, are not understanding of our current world milieu and feel the need to harm businesses by posting a very negative 1 star .We all have room for improvement. Despite the pharmacy being extremely busy, she took the time to assist each customer with a smile and a positive attitude. Her dedication to providing excellent customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me.
