I showed up an hour early thinking my appointment was 11 but it was 12. They got to my car and it was ready at 12:15. They had cars ahead of me and still got me in and out with my oil change quickly and professionally. Price was reasonable.

My oil change was easy to schedule. I waited in their small, comfortable, clean waiting area, and they completed the work in an hour. Pride techs checked fluids, etc., and I feel confident my car is well maintained.

I was quoted $3200 worth of repairs. My true automatic got my car repaired for $238. I'm very disappointed in Pride Auto.

Absolutely love this place!!! The service is top tier. Fast and friendly. They even offered me uber. Unlike other places, they took care and diagnosed my car for free, they only charge for what services they perform. They called me several times to discuss what best for my car instead of trying to ripping me off. I work on cars myself a lot, and I had really bad experience with mechanic shops all over, but this one I can fully trust! Price is super competitive! Can’t tell how much I love this place enough, saved me thousands of dollars!!

We have been using Pride Auto for decades for their convenience, fairness, honesty and professionalism. Jenna does a great job of taking care of the customer and explaining the 'mechanics'.

Disappointed they didn’t reset the system to reflect the oil change. Nor did they leave a reminder sticker for next service. Have to assume they did change the oil…

EDITED from 1 star old GM is no longer here and service has VASTLY improved. New team is great. Returned due to warranty and Im glad I did. They're great.
Dealership is literally cheaper. Even when they say they'll match the dealerships price they gouge you (Out $300 in this case). Matt is a POS according to my ex who worked for him, and obviously his word is not that of an honest person. The company I work for stopped sending their trucks there, and I should have listened to them, but it was convenient. Will never return. Front desk people are nice, though.
