I went here by recommendation as my family has known of this place since before they were a stand alone and worked out of king soopers. I brought in an external hard drive in June of 2023 to see if it could be fixed after i broke it and left my information. They kept it for 7 mos without a single phone call with an update or status report. I went in a couple of times to see what was going on with it and was always given an "oh I'm working on it, looks very bad" etc kind of response. We discussed getting the data off and at one point he talked about ordering a new part to see if he could get it running. Finally, in January of 2024 i returned to see what was going on as i had not been contacted and he admitted he couldn't fix it. Said he had a buddy work on it for 1 month and he worked on it for a week. Based on those numbers i could have had it returned to me by september or october of 2023 as opposed to January 2024. When i asked if he had even attempted to contact me he said no and then read my phone number off to me???? Not sure what the point of that was or why he even took my info in the first place if he wasn't gonna call. Im pretty understanding about extenuating circumstances, especially since I'm the one who broke the item, but if he couldn't fix it or didn't want to work on it anymore CALL ME AND UPDATE ME ABOUT IT SO I CAN MOVE ON. Overall, VERY disappointing. Won't recommend and won't return.

I was in a bind and looking for a specific part for a machine. I was working on a project I had to get completed by the morning. It was close to closing time when I called to ask if they had it. After me explaining on the phone what I was looking for he said, "I may have one that might work." This part is not something he necessarily stocks. When I arrived he had several of them in a little bag and handed them to me to take home and try. I will be forever grateful. One worked and I returned the remainder of them to him and paid for the part the following morning. Thanks again for helping me in a crisis. It is important to shop small businesses like this. You cannot replace the kindness and service shopping elsewhere.

Vincent completed my laptop repair in one day at a very reasonable price. He advised about upgrades that made the laptop run like a champ. I really appreciate the work and recommend Pro Computers to anyone needing repair work or is looking to purchase a new device.

Vincent did a great job diagnosing my old, high-end trading computer. Unfortunately, it couldn't be salvaged, but it could be replaced. I think I got a great deal and would recommend Pro Computers to everyone.

Absolutely Incredible! I'm genuinely shocked by how amazing the service was! Owner was super nice, and finished everything in A SINGLE DAY for less than hundred dollars while adding BRAND NEW hardware to the back of my machine. If I ever have computer issues again they are first ones I'm going to. Listen to me and the many others, this store is INCREDIBLE for anything pc repair.

I went to turn on my desktop computer and to my suprise it wouldn't display anything. I had seen Pro Computers a couple of times when I had driven by it. So I thought I'd bring my desktop in and see if they could figure out what was going on with it. Within a few hours Vincent had me up and running again. I turns out that my monitor had died.The price to get me run ning again on my computer and do a mini-tune up was well worth it. Pro Computer even recycled my old monitor.If you have computer issues I highly recommend Pro Computers to get you back up and running again!

I have used Pro Computer's for several years and have always been very pleased with Vincent and his work. I purchased a refurb Dell box with twin 21 inch monitors. They have worked perfectly for five years or so. I have had other computer needs along the way both add on hardware, software and great advice. My go to place.

15 minutes before closing, I brought in a10 year old HP laptop, that finally went out. I had purchased another one months ago but never had the data transferred. I was panicked that I had lost all the data. On top of that, the Microsoft software I had purchased didn't have the code required to install it. Not being a computer guy at all, I didn't have a lot of hope.I was in the store 5 minutes and Vince started working his magic. I think I blinked and he had the hard drive in his hands, cords were flying around while he was connecting it to my new laptop. He said he needed it a little while to transfer everything if it was even going to be possible. I gave him some paperwork on another software pack I had bought awhile ago that could possibly be used and an email address it may be linked to. A couple days later I "get the call", fearing 10 years of no back-up was gone, I would have to purchase another Microsoft office...I hear "your new laptop is ready and everything has been transferred and it's working perfectly" W H A T ? Seriously... I mean Great News, I'll be right there.Charged me a very fair price, and I couldn't be happier I went to Pro Computers. Vince has an "S" on his chest as far as I'm concerned!Thank you very much!Ken

My computer had a blue screen of death indicating an unrecoverable hardware error that caused it to continually crash every time I tried to reboot. I spent two days scanning memory and hard disks and reinstalling the operating system to no avail. I was extremely frustrated, as I can usually fix my own computer problems.That's when I took it to Pro Computers to ask for help diagnosing and repairing the problem. I was expecting I had a failed motherboard, but after only a day, Vincent called me back saying that after replicating the problem and ruling out the memory and solid state hard drives as the culprit, he took out all the hardware out of the motherboard, cleaned all the connections, and reseated/reinstalled everything, on the off-chance that would fix the problem. Fortunately for me, that fixed the problem! He reloaded the operating system.Furthermore, this was an off-brand computer that was bought out by another company -- the tech support number I had was no longer in service. He found the company that bought the old one, and went to their web site to download all the relevant drivers, and left links for me after the install so I could get back there. To do all this work cost only $200, and saved me at least $400 on getting a new motherboard, and probably weeks to actually locate and get the off-brand motherboard delivered. He explained what he did, and demonstrated the working computer when I came in to pick it up, and helped me install some other drivers that were missing before I took it home.Awesome responsiveness and customer service!

First time going to this store, to repair 2 laptops with broken hinges. Vince was amazing, got it fixed up quick at a great price. The kind of store you want to support because he does great work and is an awesome guy. Would highly recommend!

My laptop became corrupted. Pro Computers ran a diagnostics test on the laptop, installed a new faster hard drive, transferred data and reloaded windows. All this was completed within half a day! My computer now runs better than it did new!

I damaged tge cable to my 230w power adapter and couldn't find a replacement anywhere in the city. Vince repaired the damaged cable same day and for less than a third of the price of a replacement. Thanks for the help!
