This review is for Tucker he's was great very helpful with everything us coming back and forth moving out of a couple storage units ETC and when we were here a little too late he definitely was cool about it but made it clear that there weren't open at that time very professional this man deserves a raise for sure for on task very polite as well thanks Tucker!!!!!

So I was so pleasantly surprised with this storage facility that I had to post a review. First of all, everything is as advertised. Pricing and availability was exactly as stated. No bait and switch here. Secondly, the facility is clean, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. I also have to Rave about Janessa. She has to be the most competent, friendly, and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in this industry. The seamless way she provides for their customers is amazing to watch. She anticipates customer needs and provides solutions the customer didn’t even know they needed. I had the pleasure of watching her serve 2 other customers before handling my needs with accuracy and efficiency. I don’t think I will ever be going anywhere else for my storage needs after my experience here. Bravo Public Storage!! This location is the epitome of what a customer expects when renting for their storage needs.

Public storage is one of the worst companies I have ever delt with. I got a $200 per month unit that turned into a $340 per month unit. Even your staff said they are constantly raising rates and that the people who had been there the longest paid the highest price. They have absolutely no customer loyalty and was told that there were over 80 pissed off customers at this one location alone. I even spoke to other customers who shared similar experiences.
When I called customer service they were not helpful and promised they would call me back and never did!!! Even their employees only had bad things to say about Public storage.
Public storage is a greedy corporation who takes advantage of its customers. There is a storage right down the street (where I also had a unit) that is soooo much better.
Avoid Public storage if you value your money and actual decent customer service. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this storage place and will neverdo businesswith Public Storage again!!!! I absolutely hate Public storage. I can't believe how much they take advantage of people!!!

The manger (Tucker, I believe) didn't like it when I reserved a unit online at his location for less than what he wanted to charge. I rented somewhere else. He was unprofessional. I didn't want to have any interactions with this guy.

You can rent a storage unit anywhere but it is hard to find good customer service...not here, ask for Tucker. I had a great experience.
