By far the most incredible storage experience I have ever had, and having been in the military, I have used storage units my whole life, all over the country. This place is the Ultimate Customer Service Experience. I found myself needing a 10 by 40 foot unit, and this location was offering a special for 50% for several months. I got a storage unit that was exactly what I needed, to fit a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house worth of stuff into it!!!! Not only was the security excellent, grounds clean, and constantly getting great communication from management, but the unit had 4 garage door openings so that I could access all areas of my unit, instead of it being 40 feet deep, and only having a 10 by 10 access point, it made my move easy, smooth, and wonderful. Thank you Public Storage for making this move the easiest ever, and the one thing I didn't have to worry about during a hectic several months! If you are thinking about putting your stuff somewhere, this is the only place to be! Close to the 25/470, and on a nice peaceful quiet street, this organization has restored my faith in customer service, and organizations going above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy! #publicstoragecustomerforlife

We rented a unit online. Get there during regular office hours, office doors locked, nobody in the office, nobody answering the phone, no numbers on the units. We weren't the only ones there looking for the office person either. Will be cancelling immediately.

So thankful to have found this location during this crazy time. My husband Isaac started the process with Sherrie and immediately fell in love with her. Sherrie was over the top with her customer service and made us feel really comfortable with our decision. Thank you for everything. Haven't had any issues and it's just been easy.

After having the last 24 hours that I have had I was in need of a kind and caring person to help me get some of my things arranged. Sherrie was warm and welcome and made the process of renting my storage unit super simple. I am grateful for her empathy and humanity at a time I needed it most.

$17 rent increase after 6 months when Public Storage is currently running a promo for $40/month. I asked for them to honor this promo or keep my same rent and they stated no. Low rating is due to Public Storage making my life harder physically and monetarily.

Sherrie is top notch!!! I rented a unit online this morning (which was easy enough), then realized I wanted a larger space! Called Sherrie, the property manager, who cordially handled my upgrade while my movers were loading the truck at my nearby apartment. By the time I arrived less than an hour later, I was able to send my movers directly to the new larger unit to start unloading, I walked into the office and she literally had my paperwork pulled up on the screen ready to sign. In and out in two minutes, with a smile. Amazing customer service!!!

Edit: She did call and apologize after I left this review. She said that she was misinformed even though the property manager in the other location explained to her the situation and I tried many many times, yet she refused to listen.I don’t know how genuine her apology was because she called after the review and started the call by saying that I should take the review down and kept defending herself but eventually apologized.I just wanted to add that to the review so its fair. I will still not go to that location as I dont feel safe there anymore.The manager there is a very mean. I just went over to checkout the location and make sure that the moving company’s truck that I hired to move my stuff from Buffalo, New York to Colorado will fit. The reason I did this is because I had booked a location in sheriden online, however the location is really rough for a truck and a boat to fit and trail behind my pickup. So I looked for a different location and found this one. I went there to checkout the location and space available and it seemed great. After speaking with her, everything was fine and she was nice but kept asking me like 20 times if the stuff that I am bringing are mine and I told her yes and i have proof of purchase for the boat and other stuff and any proof she might need. Then she told me to do it online and I did and then she said that I am all set. So I leave and then 30 minutes later she calls and says that I was kicked out of my space. I was very shocked and asked why. Apparently she thinks I work for a moving company and was very very rude to me.I ended up choosing a different location. Richard, the manager at the property here in the sheriden location told me that she confused me with someone else’s name Ahmed, with an e instead of an a. Apparently he works for a moving company in New Jersey and somehow she thinks its me. I called her back to explain and talk to her but she was extremely rude and would refuse to listen or even look at any proof I have.Even Richard was confused and he told her that i was not working for a moving company.Honestly from the way she was talking to me, it definitely felt like she was being racist towards where i am from, which is very unfortunate.
