I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Janessa and Grace. From the moment I arrived, they were both welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They walked me through the rental process step-by-step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about choosing the right unit for my needs.
Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in keeping the facility clean, organized, and secure. They made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and straightforward.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with great service and a smooth rental experience, I highly recommend this location. Janessa and Grace truly went above and beyond!

Grace is great!! She worked with, showing me the different sizes, and explained everything to me about the locks, insurance, the code.....
The units, buildings, and the grounds are always well kept! I highly recommend this Public Storage!!

Grace has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Through no fault of hers there ended up being a water leak from the heavy rains and water got into my unit. She not only called for a clean up of the water but for Tucker, Janessa and Nicole to come and help me move into a new unit and get resettled. Grace I can't thank you enough for caring about my items as if they were your own. Thank you Tucker, Janessa and Nicole for helping me get moved quickly. You guys are the best.

My family and I stored all our personal items with this storage. We used the space for nearly a year. Grace was always friendly with us. However my husband followed all the directions she gave him to clean out the storage and was told to allow her to see that the storage was cleaned out after he finished moving. He did exactly that and called to let her know he was finished vacating the lot. She refused to answer her phone for over an hour and left him waiting around, creating time issue for our schedule. Not only did she waste our time when she finally arrived she verbally assaulted him and our friends who helped move for some unexplained reason and threatened to call the cops for reasons she herself could not explain. We were nothing but polite with her and followed all her directions exactly as she asked. Grace is helpful most of the time but beware that there’s a possibility she will randomly verbally assault you, and threaten to call the police out of no where for no reason at all.

When I first thought of opening a storage unit with public storage, I called to put it on hold because of the weather conditions. Grace the manager called me back and gave me some extra time to reserve the unit which I thought was so sweet of her, she made me feel very comfortable and not to worry about anything at all. Grace has AWESOME customer service and makes me feel very comfortable with doing business with Public Storage.
